We have had a new composite door fitted from Rock Door by one of their trusted fitters, G Parker, Joiner & UPVC Specialist. Gary was very knowledgeable about the door and frame and very helpful when choosing it. He worked quickly and tidily and had everything finished within the day. An excellent job!The door is wonderful, solid, secure and with a change of style, it lets so much more light into the hall. And looks so modern and sleek.Thank you Rock Door and thank you Gary
Loving our new door!We recently purchased a door with rock door under our local trusted tradespeople/installer.We could not be happier. You can design the door and the quality is just superb, and the finish is really nice. It’s also not expensive compared to quotes we’ve had with others who likes to shaft people. During the summer we had a new back door. We chose a Rock Door with a decent sized long glass panel, white back and red front. It is great to just lock it by flicking the mechanism and it feels so secure. A few months down the line …we had to have our front porch replaced, since the back door was so good, we had a new front door, same colours with 2 glass panels that featured really nice detail. These doors are excellent and were brilliantly fitted by Custom Conservatories in Syston, Leicester.
Dreadful doors dreadful service. I’ve 4 doors in 6 years because they were so substandard. I had to pay for the 4th installation! I’m still awaiting a call from one of the many company directors. Buyer beware.In response to Rockdoor I should not have had any need to have FOUR DOORS IN SIX YEARS. I shouldn’t have had a need to pay for the last installation. Your product should last more than 6 years, you should have supplied a like for like replacement. What ever your “records show” you know exactly what happened to my original installer so stop the nonsense of “your records”. The fact remains I have had 4 doors in 6 years and had to pay someone else to install the last one! End of!

As soon as the door was fitted I could feel the difference between how cold and draughty my old composite door was, to how the new Rock composite door was. It is definitely energy saving, as I had to turn off my central heating because I was too hot. Thank you Rock Doors and Gary Parker
Three Rockdoor doors, "Newark", "Stable View Light" and "Cottage View Light" were all carefully installed on the same, wet November day in 2023 by three lovely fitters from a local company.The quality of these doors surpasses my expectations and they all look equally good from both inside and out! I would certainly recommend Rockdoor products as they are so well made: solid, secure, easy to lock and unlock and the graphite furniture completes a very classy finish. Supplier and staff also gave me exemplary service from the beginning of my door journey to the end.
I purchased a Rockdoor approximately 3 years ago and shortly afterwards it developed a bulge and it had to be replaced.The second door I received has since developed another fault - namely, the actual door itself has cracked in two symmetrical places, suggesting another design/build fault. This is impacting the lock and mechanisms.Despite emails to Rockdoor, phone calls and in-person visits to my local supplier (GAP), they have not rectified the matter, stating it’s out of warranty. And worse, the warranty sits with the supplier, not you the owner, which worsened the issue, because my fitter went out of business during Covid.Numerous calls/visits not followed up on by the company, despite repeated promises to try and put things right.I wish I’d have used another company. Two doors in a row failing cannot be coincidence.When you pay about £1000 for a door, you expect it to last longer than 3 years.
