To say we are thrilled with our new Rockdoor which was fitted yesterday is an understatement. We wanted the biggest door available and Jason and his team gave us great advice during the measuring process, the fitter on the day was polite and professional and the end result is better than we could have envisaged. It is very stylish, timeless and finishes off the front of our newly renovated property perfectly.This is the second Rockdoor we have had and both times we have had a great experience and a fabulous end result.If you are thinking of having a new door, do not hesitate to use this company, you will not be disappointed.
Just had a Rock Door fitted and it's looks great both inside and out. We found that Rock Door had the greatest choice of doors compared with other door suppliers. We were able to design our own door to match our house. The sturdiness of the door makes us feel more secure compared to our old door.
Incredible doors! So stylish and customisable! Very good quality and sturdy doors. I have had 2 fitted one of which is a stable door and it has been amazing! Cannot fault these doors! Love the added security feature of the door locking behind you
I am over the moon with my new rock door, it is gorgeous and keeps the noise and weather out. Our fitter Gary Parker was terrific such a perfectionist and would highly recommend him. Had lots of lovely comments from the neighbours in our cul-de-sac, when the back door needs replacing will go with rock doors and Gary again.
The door looks good but the door lock is not stylish. The lock works efficiently and does not require a key so there is less of a hassle. Overall the door looks amazing. We need a doorbell since we had ours taken off because it wouldn't fit on the door frame. Winning a ring doorbell from this review would really be a massive help. Thank you for the wonderful door Rock Door!!!
After 4 years we have had 4 rock doors replaced due to bowing, bending, bubbling (on the inside) and now we are awaiting another inspection due to the external skin cracking around the glazing corners. I honestly wouldnt have another given to me let alone pay for it! In my experience as a customer now awaiting a possible 5th replacement door, well its far from a good product really isn't it ?
My Daughter had a ROCKDOOR fitted by a Trusted Installer. The so called ROCKDOOR cracked and she contacted the installer. They said ‘oh not another one’ and went on to explain it was a common fault With ROCKDOOR. The trouble is, ROCKDOOR will not pay the installers they trust to replace it, they simply send a door slab to them and tell them to get on with it! Subsequently the installer no longer recommends ROCKDOOR as they were having an adverse effect on the installers reputation.So now she has been left with THE worst advertisement for ROCKDOOR ever as it is installed on a terrace and people actually ask what’s happened to her door: given her experience, she’ll happily tell them, ROCKDOOR are rubbish! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.The only selling point potential customers seem to be attracted by is that they claim the can’t be opened with a blade saw: realistically who is going to do that? Furthermore if the police are going to break down your door, trust me, they’ll get it.Total rubbish.
