Not recommended at all, worst customer service

Unfortunately not the best customer service experience, item arrived broken, one of the corrugated sheet was cracked, due the weather in Scotland I wasn’t able to check it when arrived, so I checked after and find out the damage. I reported and now they said I have only two days to report which is a joke.We have over 3 weeks of bad weather in Scotland.Well won’t buy again from them.This is easy to solve but companies makes hard to understand

Worst company to order

Good price, just it... delivered whenever they decide, no invoice sent, 4 of 5 broken panels arrived, useless customer care, blamed me for damage upon opening. Should read feedbacks before ordered

Good service and pricing

Clear and comprehensive website that allowed me to select the correct components in the right volume to complete the project. Price is competitive and delivery although delayed during the holiday season was efficient and items were well packaged and arrived in good condition. the instruction video also helped me (DIYer) to do a good job of the installation.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. Wrong colour delivered, replacements not sent. Damage delivery. I've sent a dozen emails and a month later still can't get a complete order that I've paid for. Stay away!

Poor courier service

Items were delivered separately and plastic roofing arrived damaged TWICE. Instead of using a safer carrier they refused to complete my order and partially refunded me. Although my issues were caused by their regular courier they should have done more to complete my order, by using a more competent courier to resend my outstanding item, instead of making me source my missing item from another supplier. Will definitely not be using this company again. I chose not to leave a bad review originally but they have re-prompted me to give a review some 2 month afterwards
