Review Time
I recently purchased Classic Bond - EPDM flat roof kit. All the bits were there, the installation is not difficult. There are helpful video guides to remove any uncertainty. I have a high confidence this is going to work.In short, I would do this again, I previously thought flat roofs were a disaster, not any more!
Like all these drop-ship type businesses once the product leaves their hands they don't care about it. Their 'proforma' email seems to talk about 'current' strains on delivery networks and estimates the delivery pushing the delivery to piss poor delivery companies who go NOWHERE without a full load. dont expect sparkling performance
Wouldn’t recommend this company to any one poor service long delays promised delivery one day. Makes calls to check will be here. Then u get email at 4.59 say won’t be coming, finally received it today and all smashed and trims all unusable, can’t get though to anyone as ignore u stay away!
Ordered some roofing sheets came on the Monday I was working all week when I opened them on Saturday they were damaged so I tried emailing them a few times never got back then when they did get back they said that I’d left it too late and they couldn’t do nothing about it
Crazy standard postage prices for small items. Cost more than the goods themselves! £20 wanted for a few spacer pads.Much cheaper options elsewhere with suppliers who do not need to make massive profit on the postage they charge, at the expense of the customer
I wouldn't bother, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about customer service.I rang for some technical information just prior to placing an online order and the woman at the end of the phone was immediately rude and offensive about something entirely different to what I had called about.I ended the call feeing very angry about the way I was treated, following that I tried to speak to someone via email about the experience and they only focused on the same thing the first person, probably the same person that was rude to me. Totally unprofessional.Just take a look at all of the other poor reviews, that tells you enough.
I paid for a product online. I received a email the next morning from them asking for more money for delivery because of a so called glitch online!!! When I refused to pay more I was told that my order will be cancelled. I asked for a refund and 10 days later have received nothing not only that I've been ignored when I've emailed them. The worst customer service I've ever seen. I would highly recommend keeping far away from this company!!!!
Ordered roof insulation and was given a date. Nothing turned up and no phone call, Said they'd try to ring but got no answer, but failed to leave a message for us to get in touch. Hung on the phone for nearly forty minutes listening to how efficient they are repeated over and over. Insulation turned up a week after the delivery date and was delivered kerbside. I unpacked it quickly but the driver refused to take the pallet back. Never use them again!
