I would like to say that the support all along my ROVE experience has been amazing. I have been supported by Zoe who is very kind, amazing and quick to respond: thank you so much Zoe!The preorder I had took a bit more time to be sent that planned and ROVE decided to give me back money to apologize for the delay. It is not very frequent to be paid back instead of being offered a discount code, so congrats ROVE's team because doing so does not push towards more consumption / more purchases so it's better for the environment! And of course, I forgot to add that the dress and the pants made from linen are gorgeous and very comfortable.
I bought the Amara dress in black from the EU online store. Delivery was quick and seamless, and I am very impressed with the quality of the dress. The tailoring on the dress is beautiful, it fits like a glove and the linen has that heavy, high-quality feel that gives the dress a beautiful shape. I’m really impressed and will certainly order again!
I ordered a dress from Rove for an upcoming holiday and the postal code was wrong on the delivery address(this was probably my fault), and I reached out to their customer service team after not getting anywhere with the carrier. THE level of customer care that I received is exactly why I am writing this review. I do also love the product. Great quality, so cute, it’s perfect. But the way they made sure to get in contact with the warehouse and carrier to make sure this was delivered to me before my trip was honestly incredible. Zoe literally kept me updated every step of the way and followed up to confirm the delivery. Love this company, love this team, love the products. Just love love love.
The whole experience was fantastic, I can't praise this company enough. Jamie, Liam the boys in the workshop were all first class 👏, they could not look after me any better. Now Malc the owner was glad too see the back of me, only joking, he needed to get to Villa before kick off. I can't thank the whole team for the service I've been given.
I’m so happy I found this amazing clothing label - ROVE. I was sitting on the fence for weeks before making a purchase as I have had lots of negative experiences with online shopping previously and was a bit anxious about it. There was no need to be. I ended up ordering 3 pieces (2 linen pants and 1 linen crop top) and I am absolutely delighted with each piece. They are very high quality, beautifully made and super flattering. I followed their sizing guide online and it’s very accurate. I see myself wearing these items for years and will feel very confident making future purchases from ROVE. As an added bonus they have great company values and their clothing is ethically made. I would highly recommend this company 💕
My sister recommended Rove as she has raved about them for a few years now. She especially loves their JOIE linen dress and I can vouch for how incredibly she looks it in. The material, the design…I can understand why she fell in love. I went ahead and purchased a few more for her bday recently and the customer service team are beyond anything I’ve every experienced. They’re real, and helpful and the interactions are so authentic. They absolutely ooze pride in what is clear is their heart and soul, and I’m so glad to be supporting a brand like this. They’re not fast fashion (so damn refreshing)…they are a sustainable label in which put love into what they create. I love supporting business like this, it makes you feel good about a purchase. Rove is my go to brand for the perfect European summer outfit. I love the label’s ethics and their commitment to producing sustainable clothing from quality fabrics. To top it off their customer service is exceptional as well. Highly recommend!
Clothes were as expected! No surprise, fabric is great and soft. I travelled in Asia, and wore them most of the time. They are light, and easy to wash. Also the customer service was good. Quick answer and great communication. I had to change size for one pant, and this was done in a couple of days! Would highly recommend this brand and will order again!
