Firstly no communication after the order was placed.Definitely a dodgy website.I emailed twice and no response.When article arrived it is polyester not cotton as advertised. Its very poor quality and very cheap.Not a dress but a shirt.I would recommend anyone looking at this website to stay away
A beautiful dress just as described and what must be the best customer experience I’ve ever had with resolving an issue! My product was mistakingly charged with import tax and Zoe at Rove was fantastic at keeping me updated while she looked into it and ensuring I got a full refund. What a great company! So refreshing to be able to make contact easily and communicate with a person who is dedicated to helping. If only all companies were like this!
Hello Rovedesign!! I loved the Ecru blouse and olive green wrap skirt I ordered from you guys.. I was scared to order it after reading some negative reviews but the reviews were baseless.. It came out better than what's in the pic.. I loved the linen blouse.. If you can make the similar type of blouse and skirt it would be great.. I got so many compliments and everyone was asking where I got it from. I have recommended all my friends and I am definitely buying from you guys again. Above all and most important I would like to sincerely thank Zoe. She was so helpful to me when I was confused about my size .. Recommended me the right size which fit me perfect .. Answered all my queries without hesitation.. And my preordered skirt came just on right day she told me.. So happy and satisfied with the service you provide.. Thank you so much Zoe.. Phenomenal service- after ordering I second guessed my size selection and Zoe responded to my email quickly, was able to change the order based on my information and then followed up to check I was happy with my purchase. The product is fabulous- great quality, design and fit and customer service excellent.
I am so disappointed how I was treated. This is my experience:I ordered a dress, which arrived carelessly packed in a plastic bag. It was extremely wrinkled and did not meet the expected quality (especially for the price!). Therefore, I returned it and payed for the return, as well. I received a response claiming that the dress was dirty and covered in sand, and they could only send me the dirty dress back, not the money. This is simply a LIE!! I am 100% sure that the dress was clean. And of course I don't want a dress back which I don't like and someone else made stains on it. They completely ignored my arguments and evidence photos. To me, it seems like a trick to take money from customers as it is only possible to pay by credit card. So the money is gone the moment you order. And they keep the money under false pretenses. How can you live with the fact that you as a company cheat on innocent people?As I can't respond to your answer below, I can only add my evaluation here and say: This my experience with you. I don't want to harm anyone, especially not small firms. But I want other customers to warn and to know what I experienced with you. And unfortunately also other customers what you can see on Social Media or Trustpilot.I only can say: DO NOT SHOP THERE!
Placed a huge order and received it so quickly! I decided to keep 2 of the dresses and returned the rest as they weren't perfect for me and the team were so helpful with the whole process. I absolutely love my ROVE pieces and can't WAIT to add to my collection - there's too many beautiful things it is hard to pick! Thank you team!
The customer service from Rove was fantastic. They went above and beyond and I would definitely order from them again. It's so nice to be able to order from a beautiful store at home when I'm living abroad - bringing a little Byron vibe to Switzerland.
