Just received my dress… AND I’M IN LOOOVE 🤍🤍🤍 was difficult to choose witch colour to get.. because they’re all so gorgeous 😍 buuut so happy with the “coconut” colored one !! It’s the PERFECT off white 🥥🤍☁️ will probably end up buying a few more colours now that I know it first perfectly 🫣🙌🏻 I’m 170 cm and got a M, fits like it was tailored 🤪The material is just perfection, keeps you cool in the sun but still warm enough when it gets a bit cooler at night ☀️ It’s not see through either which is great !! 🤩 100% recommend !! It might be a bit more on the pricy side, but the dress and the quality and not to mention the service you get makes it worth it !! The shipping was very quick to Portugal, and the dress came in perfect condition 😍 Thank you again Rove, and can’t wait to place my next order 🤩☀️🤍
I bought a few dresses this summer and their designs and color palette are great - especially the dress with pockets. Also, the customer service was amazing. I pre-ordered some items and they would have arrived when I was out of town. I asked the service team to hold off on the delivery and it worked out great. Also, I decided to order some more stuff after receiving the first order and it was really easy to combine some returns from both orders in one single package. Thanks so much to Zoe for helping me with all my questions and for extending the return policy without any issues. I will surely buy again :)
I’ve been purchasing items on and off from Rove for a long time now (I have a black dress purchased years ago that still looks new and comes absolutely everywhere with me). They’ve become my go to Australian brand when I need a wardrobe update or an easy to wear summer piece. The quality is incredible, and I really appreciate how natural and beautiful the fabric feels to wear. I feel like my Rove pieces are long lasting - which I really appreciate as I’m super hard on clothing. I’ve had great experiences with their customer service and returns, recently ordered a skirt that was slightly too big for me and swapping it out for a smaller size was a breeze. Love how easy to wear and comfortable their clothes are, and their focus on sustainability is a massive plus for me. it feels good to support a brand doing good. Highly recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would. Similar to another review, I received a damaged item with multiple holes in the fabric. I asked to return it and I was sent labels to return to Germany. Parcel did not arrive in Germany. I contacted Rove a couple of times but they have not replied to any emails. I will never be purchasing anything from Rove again nor will I ever be recommending them.
I decided on the Daydream dress in Marigold for my bridesmaids. They love it so much that one bridesmaid is also buying it in white just to wear this summer. The design means it’s adjustable to fit different body shapes and the material is really high quality. The best thing about Rove - which is why I’m writing this review - is their customer service. I emailed to ask about the jewellery worn by the model in their ads, and they went above and beyond to contact the shoot stylist and ask, then send me the links to buy, as well as to source for me a similar style for a necklace that had been bought at a market in Bali. It was really nice of them. Highly recommend this brand.
I ordered one of the over-sized cotton shirts, the size XS was absolutely ridiculous, it was more like XXXL and way too big to look good even for an oversized piece. The colour also was more of a muddy shade than the beautiful bright colour online. Not impressed with the quality either, I have better cotton clothes from others. Return also left me $16 out of pocket so def wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone, I won’t be ordering from them again.
I have been wanting to buy things from this brand for a long time so during lockdown I took the leap. The clothes are so beautiful and looked like good quality.Although they are based in Australia and I am in the UK I qualified for free shipping which was great. However after placing my order I got an email from customs telling me that I had to pay a £60 custom tax bill. It was either pay that or the clothes get returned to ROVE and I don't get a guaranteed refund. The website did not make it clear that I was going to have to pay any more tax or custom duties which was very annoying. The clothes are nice quality and I really like them but I wouldn't have spent over £200 on them on reflection. If you are in the UK I just don't think it is worth it - even if you qualify for free shipping as I did.
