Appalling service

I have a small pension with this company and wanted to take it out as a lump sum. After many phone calls and standard advice on my options I still decided I wanted it out as a lump sum. It’s been 6 weeks and now have a form from you to say it’s mandatory for me to involve a financial advisor and you won’t release my money until I do so. The amount in my pot does not warrant an fca and is not mandatory. I would also have to pay 1-2% out of my pot for this service. I can’t get through to the number you gave me to phone for this option so have had to do all correspondence in writing. Appalling when I just want my money I saved through you, to invest in my future
