I recently contacted Royal London to withdraw funds from my pension. I did not want to take the whole amount out, just an initial amount that will ease the pain financially, since my partner was retired due to ill health, unexpectedly. I had a very nice man called Sam Nelson dealing with my request. It was all very straightforward, and everything was explained in detail. It only took a few days to get it all sorted and payment released. Happy days.

He also went the extra mile to not only provide the information I needed, but further information that was above what I expected and very useful.
