I'm having a very difficult time…getting in ebay. because of my paypal

I'm having a very difficult time getting on rubylane. because i don't understand why my paypal is not being accepted. I just bought something and I can't get in to pay for it. I will pay with my mastercard. but rubylane will not allow me to get to the purchase area. Why?????

I bought a clock from Sally’s Antiques of Ruby Lane…

I bought a clock from Sally’s Antiques & the dealer Andrew stated it was in working order but when I received it it was not working so I had to have it repaired by a reputable clock repairman $240.00 later. I emailed Andrew & sent a copy of the repair invoice & was ignored! Not a good experience at all!
