I purchased a vintage Coach leather bag from the Ruby Lane site and I received my order today. NengHetty was the seller and she was wonderful to deal with. My order went out super fast and my order was extremely well packaged. Hetty made sure my bag wasn’t going to be damaged in any way. The bag is absolutely perfect. It’s gorgeous and I’m thrilled with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Wow just Wow!!!I have been looking for these exact cards for over 45yrs. My grand mother taught me the tarot and how to play solitaire on this exact deck. They were to go to me when she passed away but someone took them instead.I cannot believe I found them on Rubylane. I mean it was like they just appeared to me after all these years of looking for them. I still can't believe they have shipped and are actually going to be in my hands within a few short days.I know they are not my nana's actual cards but I am soooooo happy to have finally found them. This time making sure they will get passed down to the right person and not stolen again.Rubylane, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU . I had an excellent shopping experience recently on Ruby Lane. I found a lovely pair of earrings. The seller, Melinda, rep. for Carolena's Vintage Collectables, mailed them to me very quickly, packaged them with loving care, and they arrived faster than I expected. I am very happy both with the item I purchased and with the A++ Customer Service I received!! I will look for more to by from Melinda's shop.
Hi. To my great despair I have been blocked by several great vendors. The circumstances Are because I have trouble navigating ur site. Specifically when it comes to finishing the PayPal part of order Some vendors immediately put it in to process. Some put it as an additional step. I was assuming it was processed by the vendors who blocked me. It was my not understanding ur platform. I find it distressing not to be able to apologize and explain myself. I realize that blocking is a survival tactic they use. It would at least be nice to have the ruby lane platform serve as a intermediary
