Review Time
I placed an order two days ago. Usually I hear from the seller right away. So far I have heard nothing and the funds have already been withdrawn from my account. I sent an email to the seller and still nothing. I would like to know what is going on.
I have been shopping on Ruby Lane for years now. I have always been pleased with every purchase and am delighted with how easy the site is to navigate. The number of shops are are indeed impressive. It is always a pleasure shopping on Ruby Lane.
Don’t liked being forced to use PayPal, who had rejected me recently even though I have 780 credit score. Website froze several times when I attempted a second purchase, not able to complete it.
Ruby Lane requested a review after I purchased something but before it was received. How can I fix the level of excellence when I don't know what Ruby Lane would do if something went wrong with the sale and the seller wouldn't make it right? That is when the quality of an antiques website really shows. Regarding the purchase, it was easy to find what I wanted, easy to contact the seller, and easy to complete the purchase. I suggest Ruby Lane change the timing of the review request to cover the whole process. I would think that would be of interest, and I might have been able to give five stars.
