I bought the Volumecare+ mascara which was recommended by a friend and I am so pleased with it! My lashes look much longer and fuller than they did when I was using a well-known luxury brand. I know this mascara is expensive but it is definitely worth it and I will be buying again.
New product arrived quickly and is great - really pleased.Great customer service. I received two mascaras having read great reviews. They were both lumpy with far too much product coming out on the brush. Emailed customer service who suggested a fix which did not work and they immediately offered to send me two new mascaras. I’m confident they will be better and hope to change this to a 5 star review.
Purchased mascara and eye liner. Both products are excellent. Mascara ideal for mature eyelashes - does not clump & easy to take off at the end of the day. Eye liner does not smudge - another plus for mature skin. This business retains the family feel as it grows - always the personal touch. Very happy customer.
Rumi mascara is amazing I had thinning lashes due to l illness but now they are coming back with vengence the ingredients in it clearly work. Do t skate it if you use it once like any product you have to be patient I will DEFINITELY purchase again x
The mascara is outstanding! I’ve used the same mascara for years but don’t wear make-up every day, so didn’t realise that I had become more sensitive. The last time I put it on my eyes felt like they were on fire, the wand was too thick and so most of it ended up on my eyelids.Rumi mascara on the other hand was perfect for my sensitive eyes - zero irritation. The wand is also nice and thin so I felt like it coated each lash. And despite discovering that my eyelashes have thinned considerably recently, I still managed to look as though my lashes were long and full
