I love the mascara! It lengthens, actually helps them curl upwards instead of straight and you can add extra coats without any clumping. I had an issue with the shipper and contacted customer support at Rumi. It was the best customer support. They were quick to respond, resolved my issue and then reached out to make sure I was satisfied.
I have searched for eyeliners and mascara for years and have wasted so much money. I bought an eyeliner and a mascara and they are exactly as advertised. No smudging, mascara looks great all day and easy to get off at the end of the day. Love them both.

I have used the mascara a few times - thinking maybe I got a bad batch the first couple of times. I fall in love with it when it first arrives because it goes on smoothly and looks great. Unfortunately, it only lasts about 2 weeks before it starts drying up, starts to become difficult to apply and looks clumpy & flaky. Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy a new tube of mascara every 2 weeks
Rumi Cosmetiques are such a friendly company. Great customer service and what can I say about the products! Their mascara is second to none, it is perfect for me. Separates the lashes, gives good lengthening coverage, and lasts ages. Have also tried the brow pencil and toner. All great!
The order and delivery process was fine. My disappointment is that I have to put at least 3 coats on for it to show I'm wearing any mascara at all and even then it's not that obvious. The Benefit one I used before was instant and a great look but it did transfer under the eyes throughout the day which wasn't ideal, hence me trying the Rumi product. I'm underwhelmed and don't feel the product lives up to the hype which is disappointing. I doubt I'll reorder. Oh and when you remove it, it looks like some eye lashes are coming away too as well as the mascara stain. Now that's concerning.
I bought the volume care + mascara in black and absolutely love it. It doesn't clump at all and my lashes appear longer. My previous mascara's brush doesn't compare to the Rumi cosmetiques one. It doesn't get overloaded and it's easy to build volume for a more dramatic look. It doesn't smudge yet is easy to remove. I would definitely recommend trying it. The only thing is the price - yes, it's a bit expensive but I'm happy to pay for quality. It's also supporting a small business which I try to do where possible.
