I've been using this product for 6 months, having previous had lashes and infills for over 18 months. Whilst tempted to go back before trying this mascara, I now wouldn't as it's been a game changer for me. No more appointments every 2 weeks, significant savings and the results are great. Would highly recommend!
Rumi mascara is by far the best mascara I have ever used! And believe me at almost 70 I have tried them all! I am very lucky to have naturally long lashes, but age does take its toll. Rumi is my mascara of choice for life now! I have a monthly subscription!
Having read India Knight’s review of the mascara in the Sunday Times I decided to try this product. It took 10 days to arrive, being shipped from abroad!! This wasn’t made clear on ordering. Their returns policy states a full refund will be issued on unopened items, so because the product was late arriving, I decided to return for a full refund. Francis emailed back saying because of operational issues I couldn’t return the product. She said I could keep it and they would issue a 50% refund. I said I wasn’t happy with this but reluctantly accepted. My initial outlay for this very expensive item was £32.84 Francis again emailed saying my refund would be £13.95!!!! So, having tried the mascara today, yes, ok product but plenty more mascaras from reputable companies in the UK for a fraction of the price!
Initially I was a sceptical about how good this mascara would be, I’ve used a lot of mascaras over the years that haven’t lived up to the hype. However my scepticism soon vanished with the first application!! I mean, wow!! It’s absolutely brilliant. Nice to know I’ll never waste money on others again!
Customer services was very helpful! The postman had left my parcel hanging out of my postbox which is located outside my property and being away I was worried that it could be easily taken! I then had someone go and fetch my item but it was no longer there! I contacted customer services and they were already on the case 👍 upon my return someone had pushed it into safely into the box so not only I have faith in others I was very impressed with Rumi Comestics handling of the situation 👌 thank you and now I can use this amazing mascara ❤️
The company does not honour their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' which allows customers to return products for a full refund. I purchased items only because of this guarantee (I wouldn't normally buy makeup without testing it). They have ignored emails about a return, so do not trust their statement about refunds.
