Bombarded with spam and "offers"

Purchased one item for my wife for Christmas and since then I have been bombarded with e-mails from this company I have unsubscribed but this did not work, I have marked as Spam this did not work, I have email them and been assured by "Kate" that they have removed me from their mailing list - this did not work. I complained again and "Francis" assured me they will stop but it continues. Just don't buy anything from this lot as they will bombard you constantly to bleed you for money.

The best mascara I have ever used, and I have tried many…

This is my second purchase of Rumi’s brilliant mascara, which really does deliver on its promise: enhanced lashes with NO smudges, it stays where it’s put all day and into the night! Much to my surprise, six months on from using (and I generally don’t wear much make up so not applying every day) my lashes are indeed longer and thicker! I don’t know how this can be but there you are, magic! I bought the remover at the same time and this does a good job, the mascara can be a little more fiddly to remove using others, but it lasts a long time. The postage takes a little while, but the product is worth the wait. I highly recommend!

I am 74 years old and was beginning to give up on finding a mascara for my thinning lashes. Others would clump and run. I looked like an old panda!RUMI mascara is perfect and I now have the eyelashes I used to have! Removes easily with warm water but does not run. Eyelashes are long but natural looking.I’m also using the serum and my lashes are actually growing longer.RUMI, you have made a 60’s chick very happy!

Fantastic product, excellent customer service

Love Volume + mascara - really gentle on thinning, delicate eyelashes. Also, great, attentive customer service. I had an issue with my postage charges and it was rectified immediately. If you are in two minds about ordering, go for it.
