I received the mascara I ordered very quickly which was great as had run out. This mascara is the best especially for mature lashes, it really does what it says, is easy to apply and wear then remove at the end of the day. It is good value for money and lasts for ages. The seller is very helpful and easy to contact with rapid replies. I truly recommend their products 100%.
I really like this company and, more, especially, their product. I use their mascara and it is terrific. It really does what it promises, I wear contacts and, although it lengthens and thickens my lashes really well, it doesn’t flake off at all or irritate my eyes. I recommend without hesitation!
Brilliant mascara. Was sceptical but read the reviews and took the plunge. I have short thin eyelashes and this has really helped them look longer and fuller without the clumping together. I don’t have to apply numerous coats either. It stays in place yet is easily removable . It has been worth the cost and I will be ordering again. I would recommend anyone to take the investment and purchase this product.

My eyes can be a bit weepy at times and this always gives me really bad panda eyes, and today for the first time in many years, I now have none !!!!! So, I have just received a flowery response from a lady called Sarah who thanked me 'for my support and for reaching out' ending her reply with 'Love Sarah' To be fair, she was unaware at this point that I am grossly unhappy with the clumpy mess in the sent tube that is labelled mascara and that her reply was to a bot message that I sent in desperation because their server is activley refusing mail.I have since read a lot more reviews (lots of the un-named ones look very made up) and now know that other people not only share my opinion about the product but unfortunately have experienced the same ridiculous response. I have since replied and asked for a refund and am now interested to see what kind of reply, if any, that I get.By the way, Rumi make a big deal on their site about no problem refunds but if you read further, they state the product must be unopened for a refund. How do you find out if you're happy or not with the product?
Everything went wrong. Late delivery, very clumpy mascara not at all as described, return policy as said by other reviewers, that the product must be unopened, and a charge for return postage, and handling fee of £4. No reply to email. Don't be taken in by the 'small family firm' claim, and the gushing communications. Based abroad, which I only realised after ordering. Now they are asking for a review, which i wrote, then got a warning not to. They wouldn't have used it anyway. Steer clear.
I have been using Rumi Cosmetiques Volume Care mascara for quite a while now,as an older lady I am finding my lashes are getting a lot thinner now, I've tried a number of different brands but they just clump and look awful.l am so happy with Volume Care,it instantly makes my lashes look longer and only requires I coat. Recently I have also bought the multipurpose highlighter and blush sticks, which are also great and easy to use. I definitely recommend giving RUMI Cosmetiques a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.
