I love this VolumeCare+ Mascara! It truly enhances my very thin, straight eyelashes without looking clumpy. While it is not truly waterproof, it stays on all day and night, even still being in place in the morning after sleeping. However, it is really easy to remove with just warm water. No harsh eyemakeup remover required! After ordering the mascara about two months ago, I went back for more when it was about used up.
Rumicosmetics obviously care very much about their product and customer service and as a result both are of the highest quality. This is my second purchase of their excellent mascara. I’m an old girl but love my lashes and their product adds volume and length, stays on perfectly and looks great. I have used black and dark brown and like both. Need to buy a second black for evenings out, while the brown is perfect for day ware. Pricing is reasonable too and compares favourably with other good quality mascaras.
I love this mascara- it is such high quality - never 'clogs' and lasts all day! Last night (Office Christmas party) my colleague even commented on what fantastic eyelashes I had -I am afraid I had to give Rumi credit....i expect you will soon find a new customer!
My order was the VolumeCare+ mascara and it was made merely to top up my supplies so that I don’t run out of my favourite mascara.I use this mascara daily and have done for a long time, this coupled with the LashCare+ serum has greatly improved the condition, length and volume of my lashes but I can only afford to buy it when you have special discounts/offers in place and then I take the opportunity to buy two.
I don’t normally leave reviews but their volume mascara is amazing. It really does make my lashes look longer, doesn’t clump the lashes together and it doesn’t budge all day. I was so impressed I’ve now ordered the liner. The customer services and delivery times have also been very quick and professional. I will be back for more! Anya
I really like the product and know the condition of my eye lashes have improved. Although the product is quite expensive I know it’s worth every money and would highly recommend it.Your customer care is excellent as you check to make sure the parcel has been received and you send out informative and friendly emails.
Firstly the brilliant product. My thin looking eyebrows look fabulous once I’ve applied the power brow. It really makes a difference to my face. Secondly the really helpful staff, they will give you great tips etc on anything you ask. I will continue to use this company.
I’ve been using the mascara for a couple of years and can’t imagine using any other brand now! Since starting the menopause I found so many mascaras weren’t working for me and I was ending up with panda eyes! Not with Rumi! It stays put! Highly recommend it. A great company that care about their customers.
