Absolutely LOVE this mascara! It definitely makes my lashes longer and appears to make them healthier too! I have experimented with many mascaras and I am totally a repeat customer. The one thing that I would like to share is that this is tubular mascara. So when removing, it does come off in pieces. It does not completely disolve with makeup remover.
The volume mascara is amazing! Stays in place all day and so easy to remove. Love the soft grey eyeliner too which goes on without dragging. Game changing !! I wear contact lenses too - no issues. Deliveries are quick and the customer services team are so helpful. Brilliant company.
I love Rumi's VolumeCare+ Mascara, it's the best mascara I've ever used. The brush is a perfect size, it goes on easily without clumping and looks good instantly. Even my lower lashes, which I haven't seen for years, look good.! (I'm 68). I shall look forward to seeing the results in a few weeks time. To bulk up my lashes even more, I've occasionally used it over a base coat which I already have. Hopefully I won't have to do that for much longer.!Carole, UK

They get straight back to you if you have a query.Their products are good quality, I have been looking for a good mascara for ages that dont smudge and i found it, highly recommend, it mght be a little more expensive but well worth it, i will continue to support this company
I bought 2 mascaras from Rumi.It's relatively expensive & I immediately found it very difficult to remove the excess from the wand, thus far too much mascara loaded. Consequently it's thick & clumpy to apply. The only solution is to wipe the brush on tissue paper, resulting in wastage each time I use. I’ve found removing the product very difficult, very flaky even using eye makeup remover & end up scrubbing my eyesI emailed Rumi explaining and to ask if I might return the second for a refund.I received a fairly patronising reply, as follows “With this, we would kindly suggest using the second bottle of your mascara to see changes after using it” No refund offered.Their email ended in “Much love Sarah” which is over familiar and quite frankly presumptuous. Disappointing outcome from a company that clearly isn’t about customer care.
