AVOID AT ALL COSTS! waited over 90minutes for the return of my car, I actually thought they had stolen it. I’ve now received a parking ticket from Stansted stating failure to pay, when my car was in their possession! I’ve tried to complain directly to them, their website but all emails are “undeliverable”. Bunch of absolute cowboys!!!
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. AVOID. Almost missed our flight as they showed up to collect the car an hour and ten minutes after we’d given them 30 mins notice of our arrival. Then upon return we waited an hour and 40 to get our car back. Kept calling and hearing oh just ten min more, there’s traffic. This was a complete lie as we could see the car hadn’t moved.
One of the worst experiences of my life. Do not touch this company with a barge pole! Called at 00.30 with notice to be told there was a 50 minute delay but to await in orange car park. 01.30 arrived but no sign of car. Continued to ring and be ignored. Funny enough though when you call them from a brand new answer picked up within seconds! This happened multiple times with the same crap being given 15 minutes, 10 minutes it went on and on until we eventually got the car back at 03.00! 2 hours 20 minutes after our call! At 3am I contacted the company to state i wished to make a formal complaint - only to be told to call back during the day when a manager would be available. Called back at 10am to be informed no manager until after 5pm. I have logged a BBC watch dog investigation against them and urge as many others to do the same. This company needs shutting down!!!!
NEVER USE, AVOID - arrived back to Stansted airport at 11pm to pick up my car at 11.30pm as I had booked. Was told it would be arriving in 40mins even though latest stated on their booking details would be a 30 minute wait! 1 hr 10 mins later and 5 phone calls later my car finally arrived. No apology and no real communication when giving the key. Not the delay you expect when booking a valet service, especially with a 2 hour drive home ahead of us. It would have been cheaper and quicker to book long stay parking! This will not be a provider I will ever use again, there are other providers offering a Meet and Greet service at Stansted, so go somewhere else.
Don't not use!!! Waited 3 hours on arrival for my car. Got fed up of waiting that I ended up taking a uber to the vehicle to collect myself. When j got there (CM24 8UQ) I saw they leave cars in a open field and private roads with no security and cars parked like sardines. Car was scratched and had poo droppings all over and when asked it was just excuses. Avoid at all cost!
90 mins late to deliver the car back to us on arrivalEvery time we called to chase and get an update the story changed and the estimated arrival time changed. I could see the location of my car in an app while they were telling me they were on their way ... when it was still parked in the compound
I would never use them again and I am currently seeking legal advice. My car was left with them and when I hit it back it was damaged. They aid that they would look at the cctv footage and get back to me. I have left several emails which always says that the inbox is full. I have also spoken several times on the phone and sent countless text messages with my contact details on and nobody has had the decency to return my calls. I am no going legal They are a complete shambles avoid them at all cost
I wish that I had read these reviews before I booked. On top of the quoted price, you will need to pay £10 entry fee into the car park and another £10 to exit. The driver who met me had no identification or paperwork. I was expected to hand over my car keys to a complete stranger. When I called the office to complain I was told that they had given my documents to the wrong driver. I waited 20 minutes for them to send them over. Spent the next 3 days away worrying that my car would be stolen. Avoid this scam company
Shocking company, do not use! On arrival at the airport despite calling 30 mins before arrival as per the booking details the driver did not arrive for another 35 minutes. When he arrived he had no ID or proof of the booking and expected me to give him the keys. I had to ask for him to get a copy of the booking from his supervisor. On our return it took nearly 2 hours and numerous phone calls before the car was delivered. It was damaged and despite identifying this before taking receipt of the car, contacting the supervisor and emailing the company I have yet to have any response from them. In fact now I am going through a legal claim. There is no way to speak to management and the only people you can speak to are the dispatchers who will not provide any information
