Steer clear!

When I called upon arrival, I was informed they were short on drivers, resulting in a 40-minute wait that ended up exceeding an hour. Another customer ahead of us had been waiting for 75 minutes. They had our flight information, yet it was clear they didn’t care. Poor service—avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! I had a very disappointing experience with this car park service. When my vehicle was returned, I was immediately stopped by the police because the driver had been reported driving at dangerously high speeds. This was a stressful and alarming situation that should never have happened. Due to the delay, I also had to pay an extra exit fee. Overall, I have serious concerns about the professionalism and safety of this service.

Avoid this service, hidden fees and misuse of my vehicle!

We will not be using this service again. Upon arrival, they took a long time to collect my car, and the instructions were vague. When we returned, we waited over an hour for our vehicle, which had accumulated over 40 miles on the clock. The interior was filthy, with mud covering the carpets, as they had used my car for transporting others. The pricing was also misleading, as we had to pay a barrier charge upon arrival and again when the car was returned, resulting in an unexpected additional £20.

Avoid this service!

Avoid this service at all costs. I was supposed to bring my vehicle to the parking using a minibus service to the airport. I was told to call 30 minutes before arrival, but during the call, I was instructed to drive to the airport's short-stay parking. I waited an additional 20 minutes for a driver and was supposed to pay £10 for parking. Upon my return, I called the service straight from the plane at 12:10 and was told my car would be waiting for me at the same short-stay parking area with an extra £10 charge. When I exited, my car was not there, and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes.

The worst service imaginable!

This is the worst service imaginable. They left us without parking and nowhere to go. Please do not engage with this provider. They pick up hours early, but when you arrive, they do not show up.

Completely unacceptable service!

Completely unacceptable - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are utterly ridiculous and rude. If you value your car, time, and mental well-being, do not book with them. When they took my car, they were rude when I asked for ID or proof of their company. There was no booking slip or information given. This part was manageable mentally. However, the nightmare began when I called to inform them I had arrived. They quoted a 30-minute wait, but it turned into another 40 minutes, then another 25 minutes. Finally, they claimed the driver would arrive in four minutes, but after another 27 minutes of waiting, they admitted they didn't know where my car was, and I overheard drivers arguing. Eventually, we spotted our car in the parking lot, but when I called for the key, they claimed they didn't know where it was. They eventually realized the driver left the key on the back tire! My £60,000 vehicle had the key left there. When I requested the parking ticket, they were confused. I had to press the button on the ticket machine and explain the situation. The man said they were tired of the company managing the parking and wanted them gone. He arranged payment for my exit. The car was dirty on the outside and the driver’s side mat was filthy. The car was set to sports mode, the seats were adjusted, and even the radio stations had been changed. To top it off, when we finally exited the parking lot 2.5 hours after landing at 1 a.m., the fuel light came on (I had 100 miles of fuel when I dropped it off). DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SERVICE.

A complete disaster of a company!

This company is a complete disaster. We stood around for over an hour waiting for our car with no updates, no apologies, and absolutely no urgency. After a long journey, the last thing anyone wants is to feel ignored and treated like an inconvenience. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and clearly didn’t care. If this is how they operate, they shouldn’t be in business. We paid for a service and received nothing but stress and wasted time. Never again. Stay away unless you enjoy being left stranded and ignored.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Made me wait in the cold with a 5 year old for over two hours without any update. This company should not be trading. There were number of other passengers stranded last night by this horrible company. Horrible experience, this company needs to stop operating.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This was the worst experience ever. After a 50-minute wait, my car still had not arrived. They are scammers. Never again!

Absolute cowboys

Absolute cowboys. Horrible people. The worst customer service. Waited over an hour then had to steal the drivers phone to get my car back. Never use this company. I have complained directly to Stansted.
