TERRIBLE - If I could give zero stars, I would!

If I could give zero stars, then I would. The person on the phone could barely speak English and, having called to give a 30mins ETA, we then called 21 times with no answer.. We were then called back to say "Hamza" was going to collect our car but he/they did not show up. We subsequently had to pay for parking in the official Meet and Greet car park. Looking on Truspilot, this outfit has 1.8 star reviews which is TERRIBLE! Also, multiple users report the same issue and highlight this outfit is a SCAM!! CompareYourParking's T&Cs don't take any responsiblity either.. DO NOT USE!!

Warning : DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. Initially told us theyd be an hour. Then told us they needed to jump start our car to get it back to us. Its never had a flat battery before. We waited 2 hours and when they came they didnt tell us they were back and left the key on the back wheel. We then were pretty sure who the guy was as he was hanging around so we rang him when we were back in the car and we saw he ansqered the phone and he then made a quick escape in a car which he told us he was waiting for its owner. Crooks. Registration plate on that car was LF64 ESU.2 other customers were waiting for their vehicles from the same company.

Horrendous company

Absolutely horrendous company, waited over 2 hrs for car to be dropped back at Stansted Airport.Never ever ever use, better to pay double for half the wait time.Company needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

I had one of the worst experiences ever…

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this airport parking company. After my flight landed, I waited over 3 hours for my car to be returned. No one was answering the phone, and there was absolutely no communication the entire time. I was left standing outside the terminal with my luggage, completely frustrated.To make things worse, when I finally got my car back, there was no apology and no refund offered for the ridiculous delay. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to raise the issue.Save yourself the stress – do not use this company. Totally unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money!

PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I really wish I paid more and did long stay or other parking. When I dropped car off it was so random in the car park no uniform no receipt given. Then on return it was 1.5 hour wait. And they lie and lie and never answer the phone.

Don’t use this company

Terrible been waiting for over an hour and half keep lying about how far away and how long they will be told my husband to F off and put the phone down on him. DO NOT USE!!

Had one of the worst experiences with…

Had one of the worst experiences with safe meet and greet. Whilst dropping off I was asked to call 30 minutes before arrival, I tried calling for almost 30 minutes but no one answered, so I had to wait until 45 minutes later someone answered the phone and decided to cut the line. I spent another 10 minutes trying to connect and asked the guy not to cut the line as I was about to be late for my flight. On my way back I had to wait for almost 1hr 30 minutes before my car could be brought to the airport & the passenger window was left open and the seat was soaking wet with rain water. When I asked the driver he said that this was one of the worst parking company and never to use them again. I have always used the official airport car park but got carried away by the false reviews.

WOULD NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY STARS IF I COULD AVOID THEM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Read the other reviews. We had a disappointing experience with Safe Meet & Greet Limited. During drop-off, the process was quite slow, and when I called on the phone, the staff member I spoke with did not come across as pleasant or helpful. No uniform or ID just a bloke who took the key. Upon our return, it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get the car back, which was frustrating at 3am in the morning. I sent 15 messages and made 15 calls, no reply. When the car finally arrived the driver made a feeble excuse that our car had been blocked in by another 19 cars. Their website says no additional charge, we had to pay £10.00 fee upon entering but no mention and£10.00 before exiting the car park. No time to argue was catching a flight. It also seemed that my car was parked quite a distance from the airport, which was inconvenient. We stood for over an hour waiting for our car to be returned to us and watched the carnage they created with other people at 3 am in the morning. It was so ridiculous to watch and so sad for the elderly people that just did not know what they were in for when they returned from their holiday. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on our experience. In our opinion, for a more honest and efficient service, I suggest considering other parking options at Stansted in the future, I believe Stansted run their own Meet and Greet Service. I am very surprised that they allow such companies to operate from their premises. Very disappointed, but of course they do not care.
