If I could give them 0 I would. I’m taking them to court and will be reporting their business. They left us stranded at the airport and told us to get a taxi to pick up our car when we booked and paid for a park and ride. They also had been using customers car to tow other peoples cars to the airport. When we got there they refused to give us our keys I had to call the police
I booked Safe Meet and Greet Stansted thinking it was the official Orange Car Park meet and greet service — but it’s not. The advertising is completely misleading.When we arrived, they took our car off-site, and on return we were told it would be a 50-minute wait for it to be brought back. That’s not “meet and greet” — it’s a glorified park-and-ride!To make things worse, we were left waiting in the airport with three young children, two under two years old, after a long flight. Then they told us we’d have to pay an extra £20 just to cover the car park waiting time — even though I’d already paid for a meet and greet service!Their emails don’t work, so you can’t even contact anyone to complain.Completely unprofessional, misleading, and stressful from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs.
The worst experience possible. Arrived at a field with no signs of the company, in the dark with no lights. No parking bays and no receipt given to us for our keys. Single minibus was a small 8 seater with not enough space for us so had to wait half an hour longer for him to return causing us to arrive late to the airport. Arriving back in the UK we notified them as soon as we landed and were told they would be there in 45 mins when the instructions had said to call them with 30 mins notice. Called again repeatedly and got voicemail. They then arrived and collected other people (who arrived after us) and left us standing at the side of the road for another 45 mins. When they eventually returned they collected colleagues and got them to sit in the boot of the vehicle (illegally) on our luggage (crushing the contents) drove faster than the speed limits with no seatbelts and the whole dashboard lit up with vehicle faults and engine warnings. We were genuinely afraid for our safety.
From the outset, the service was disorganised and unprofessional. No proof of vehicle drop-off was provided on the day of arrival, leaving me with no record of handing over my car. The car park itself was muddy, poorly maintained and entirely disorganised. The transfer van from the car park to the airport was dirty, and I was forced to wait 55 minutes before it arrived.On my return, the situation became even worse. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for the van to arrive for collection from the airport. The car park was again in the same mud-filled and completely unlit condition, leaving it pitch dark and unsafe. The driver operated in an extremely unsafe manner, adding to what was already an unpleasant and stressful experience.When I finally reached the car park, no proper verification or security checks were carried out — I was simply asked for my vehicle registration and handed my keys. This complete lack of security and accountability is alarming and wholly unacceptable.
Don't book with this company. We handed over our car at Stansted airport and our car was immediately after parked as a random unauthorized and unsafe place somewhere in Stansted airport. This caused our car to be red flagged at the airport and our car was towed. On return we (after hours of back and forth with the operator) realized that Stansted airport had our car. We were told we had to pay a £300 fine to get our car back which we paid. We then had to call the company a million times and hours later to receive our key back. It was cold and we have little children. It was horrible. That say alone 2 other cars were at the towed area for the same reason with the same company. I blame the company but also Stansted airport for allowing such scam artists to operate within there grounds. Shocking. Don't book. We paid £50 for our car just do be dumped somewhere unsafe and had to pay £300 in addition to that.
I decided to book this service for the first time and most probably never again. On departure at 5.30 AM the person was really helpful guiding me to the orange car park and this was really appreciated. However, on arrival although following their instructions, I was waiting for my car to be delivered for 1.5 hours - initially telling me it woud be 1 hour, then additional 15' passed, then another 15' in the orange car park. In the meantime I was able to track my car's location and saw my car being parked 14' away on foot from Stansted airport. The company doesn't take responsibility for anything - they say they aim to deliver the vehicle within 60 minutes, but their terms and conditions state 45 minutes. My car had about 25 miles less petrol in it than when I left it, so need to look at the tracker to see the locations of my car during my absence. I definitely learnt from this and will never again hand over the car keys to any company but rather pay more and take the keys. There was no apology of any sort which would have been the minimum.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They returned our vehicle in a terrible state! They didn’t annswer our call upon drop off for over 20minutes we called, then left us waiting for someone to collect our car.They left us standing for an hour & 20 minutes upon our return!When they finally brought our car to us someone had removed one of the back seats, turned over the back of the car, the children’s blankets, dogs bed & other items!It looks like someone must’ve slept in our vehicle! Mr Callum Trotman the manager suggested that one their agency workers had slept in the vehicle!The front footwells were caked in thick mud! Goodness knows what our vehicle had been used for!THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!
