Waited 1 hour after calling at the terminal for them to return my car. No identification, uniform or anything. Just some bloke who happened to be driving my car. The back of the car was in a shocking state. White car looked like it had been parked in a ditch somewhere.
Do not use this company!This is by far the worst company we have ever used. On drop off they then to call car on a 50 minute drive which included going through McDonald’s drive-through which was there eaten in the car. When we complained, we were told that the drivers needed to eat. When we got back to Stansted, it took over an hour to get the car. Worst company on the market and should be shut down.
After calling them 30mins before dropping car they were still late meeting me when dropping off car. And no checks done on pick up on car condition or mileage? On return journey again called them once off the plane . Me and family had to wait over an hour. They would not answer me. They said there was an accident on m11. I checked google maps at time .There was no delays. Each time I called same answer. 30-40minutes. We don’t know where driver is. Finally car arrives 1.15min later. Open the door. The car soaking wet inside Car floor was flooded with water. Someone else mobile was connected to our car. I asked the guy on phone where did they park my car. He would not say. And why was car wet. He said there was heavy rain? Our car does not leak it is rain proof ! All along it was one lie after another with not explanation. Definitely not willing to help. In simple terms it looks like someone had been driving our car as mileage was 500 mile higher. Type warnings on all four wheels also coincidentally flags. And car was left open hence wet car. Found on compare.com but also why are Stansted airport allowing such a company to exist on there land. This company also works under other names Clearly they have had issues. We were very disappointed after our holiday. I booked this as a meet greet service hoping this will make our trip better. It was the worse experience I have had ever . I don’t write reviews but felt on this occasion it necessary
AVOID AVOID AVOIDsafe meet and greet stansted airport. Almost missed our flight due to them taking an hour to pick the car up.On return I called them at 2:25am, after several calls and ridiculous answers of we will be there in 5 minutes, they turned up at 4am.NOT THE WORST PART. My car was damaged on the front drivers side, paint work all scratched (have a quote for repairs £1000)I took all video evidence at pick up and drop off, sent all details to them straight away to both email addresses and called several times, surprise surprise no response what so ever.They clocked up 45 miles and used quarter of a tank of petrol (least of my problems)Stansted airport, shame on you for allowing such a scam company to operate on your property
I dont honestly want to give a 1 star review should be a 0 star !What was an exciting time to.go on holiday suddenly lead to a very unhappy start ! I went on compare parking thinking oh this will have legitimate parking sites that are reliable.Unfortunately I booked with compare parking and it was safe meet and greet that we went for which was meet and greet . This all seemed legit. There was instructions on the confirmation email to say ring 30minutes before arrival at the airport which I did. No answer so left a voicemail. Rang again nothing . Went to the orange carpark noone was there to meet us , and therefore panicking we wouldnt make our holiday as didnt no where to park ! We tried calling and calling nothing . We then went to meet and greet stansted which was next door and they couldn't of been more helpful ! They booked us on straight away but had to pay an additional £165 to park plus the £112 original booking . Please do not use this site its a scam. After 2 days I rang the number again and the man finally answered. He laughed at me down the phone when I basically said I would like a refund. Please please do not use this man for airport parking . He takes your money and runs .
This company need a zero star!DO NOT USE! They have no idea what they are doing. They use poor agency staff who end up getting abused because of the lack of competent of the owners.Your car is picked up and taken away. Sounds all ok BUT when you return the 30 min wait time is not 30 mins. 3 and a half hours. After many phone calls asking where they are all I was told was ‘we are on our way’ ‘we will be 50 minutes’ ‘traffic is bad’ (yes really at 4am in morning??!) ‘flights are delayed giving us a back log’ total lies! That’s if they do answer the phone and you aren’t sent straight to a giff gaff mobile answering message. Then you are told your car has been ticked off as delivered when it hasn’t been! They ask for your reg but can’t find car as they have so many and where they are kept is an off road gravel car park with no security and no lighting hence wandering about just holding key fobs at cars to see which one opens!! After waiting 3 and a half hours plus for my car when it did turn up I was 100miles down on petrol. I tracked my car all week so know it hadn’t moved so the petrol must of been siphoned out! Your key is thrown at you along with the ticket for you to pay another £10 to get you out of the car park. Car was filthy also when I got it back !! They don’t care. Rude! Don’t be fooled by their professional looking website! Stay well clear of this company!

Total sham.On drop off we waited over an hour for collectionOn Pickup we waited over 2 hours for the car. Longer than my flight from Spain.No one wore high vis jackets.The operator on the phone kept saying they were on their way(which was a lie). I can track my car. It sat in their yard for over 2 hours before they turned it on to drop it off.
We used Safe Meet & Greet when we were travelling to Carcassonne from Stansted. We changed our car 2 weeks before travelling so we called them with the new registration and we also emailed them the details. On travelling to the airport we called 30 mins before arrival and they didn't have a record of my registration. We explained that we had changed car and informed them of this but they still had our old registration on file. They requested new reg which I provided again. They were 30 mins late in collecting our car. Two days into the holiday they called me to say that my car was not taxed and didn't have an MOT! I explained again that we no longer owned that vehicle. On returning from holiday our flight was 60 mins late but on calling them at baggage reclaimed I was told it would be 60 mins before they could drop the car off. The time turned out to be 80 mins before they dropped the car. When the car was dropped back it was filthy, covered in dust. Really poor all around and we won't be using them again.
