If there was a zero stars, I would use it. I ordered 2 items for Christmas. I was given a delivery timescale of 3 to 12 days, it's been 20 days now. Every time I emailed at first, I was told the items were in high demand, but no delivery date. When I asked when I could expect my delivery after day 13, all I got back was a sshh imjoi. I can't pass comment on the items because I never received them. I cancelled my order today. They have no idea of customer service.
If I could give this zero stars then I definitely would.I ordered some outdoor Christmas lights from them & it’s said it would be delivered between 7-10 days.I contacted the company after 14 days and only to receive a email saying it would at least another 6 weeks.which is no longer good as Christmas would be over.I contacted them asking for a refund.Sakertool offered me a refund but not the full refund and the company decided to take of nearly £7.00 of my order.If they can’t deliver the product and charge every customer £7.00 each from their order.It’s against the the law for them to do this.Please please don’t order anything from this company because they won’t deliver but will take £7.00 if you ask for a refund.

After ordering an item I never received, I emailed them, and they responded, offering a 10% discount at first. I did accept it because I'm really interested in the product, but after seeing how they deal with customers, I asked for a refund anyway. I have been sent four emails in total, and nothing. They disappear...
Ordered lights on November 16th paid for 2-3 days delivery still haven’t sent received my order. Have emailed the company numerous times but they only responded once offering me a 5% discount. My order has now disappeared from their website do not have a clue what is happening with my order. Very poor customer service
Ordered an item on November 23rd, 10 days later no dispatch email, contacted them to find out if it had been sent yet and no response. I have been chasing up every few days and just getting an automated email. No customer service assistance or communication at all. Will be asking for a chargeback under section 75 via my credit card company. Would suggest others do the same if your items do not arrive
