I purchased a battery operated jetwasher which didn’t work properly trying to resolve a problem with them is so frustrating their email address doesn’t exist when i try to get in touch you have to go through their customer service on the website i couldn’t find an invoice in the package my last message i received told me the problem is being dealt with that was in late November I purchased the unit in September received late October contacted them early November still the not sorted what a farce
