Don't purchase from this company. They are using a .co.uk web address but based in China. Orders come from China. They don't advise on their website when purchasing of excessive product delays and any responses you do receive to enquires will eventually come through from China in the early hours of UK time. I cancelled my item and went back through Paypal for a successful refund. It might cost you more but use a reputable company for orders that guarantee your order/delivery expectations. There are also some fake reviews on here as the wording being used is exactly the same as one another but different accounts being used. Beware.
Placed an order 17th November 2025, had rapid confirmation my order was paid. No sign or confirmation of the order being shipped. Checked all junk and spam- nothing. Mailed customer services twice and no reply. Not good as the time elapsed makes one think you've been scammed especially without any communication.
They say you can cancel a order within 24hrs but having tried you only get a automated email saying "they apologize for any delay replying due to an unexpected surge in orders" So having emailed them om the 17th Nov, have only received a response on the 19th saying order shipped!! VERY poor service
If I could put 0 stars I would. I order the smart scales on the 15th November, and I haven’t received them. There are no updates even though I have emailed the company. I have to wait until I can officially do a charge back as I feel I have been scammed.
I bought a digital wall clock from them. It arrived after a month and didn't work. I wrote them an email, in response they offered a %30 refund and I can keep the non-working wall clock. That's all from them. Fraudulent company, because their website address ends with .co.uk, but the product actually comes from China, and by the time it got here, the packaging didn't have the original Chinese label! I don't understand why the authorities allow these fraudsters to continue working? In the 21st century, these could be eliminated in one day! Shame!
Absolute shambles of a company. Order confirmed, no tracking provided. No one replied from customer service after 3 email follow ups my end. Just another online scam company infiltrating your marketing algorithm with little to no return or thought for customer satisfaction. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
It's only fair to reply to say I did get a refund at the end. Although it took alot of emails Thank you TOTAL SCAMPlaced my order 3weeks ago as a first time customer. Still haven't received it.I have been in contact with customer service. They said the same as many of the reviews below. They also offered a 10% discount for good will.When I stated I just want a refund they stopped emailing back. So disappointing.I have lost €47. It was a christmas present to myself.
