I would rate this experience as a zero if possible. I placed an order and received no updates regarding its status or delivery times. I reached out via social media and email, clearly explaining my concerns along with my order details. I've already contacted my bank and was advised to wait a few days for a resolution before escalating the matter.
I ordered a gaming console a few weeks ago, and the payment has been processed, but I haven't received any confirmation of my purchase or delivery. I've reached out through social media and email, but there's been no response. This experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since it was intended as a Christmas gift for my son.
I ordered a dance mat at the beginning of December for £61, and the payment was deducted from my account by this company. However, I received no order confirmation or tracking information, making it difficult to locate my item. I do have the receipt showing the payment was taken.
I've reached out via email five times and only received one response apologizing for the delay, which was on December 6th.

Disappointed with the service. I ordered two items on the 4th and 8th of December. The payment was processed, and I received a receipt. However, there has been no update on shipping. I reached out via email and received apologies and excuses, but there's still no information on when the items will be sent. This means no Christmas gifts for my grandchild, even though the payment has been taken. I understand that demand can exceed expectations, but customers should be informed of this before payments are processed. If a purchase is confirmed with a promised shipping timeframe, that timeframe should be respected. Extremely unsatisfactory service.

I ordered Christmas lights on November 24, and after 10 days without an update, I canceled my order. They immediately emailed me to not cancel and offered a 10% discount, but I declined as it was too late for Christmas lights. I've followed up twice for cancellation updates, but no response! Now I've seen my order has shipped 10 days after I requested cancellation. I'll be responsible for returning it to China, which will be costly. My advice is to shop locally for Christmas lights. Avoid this company if you expect customer service.
I ordered two items on November 11 with a delivery timeframe of 10-12 days, one being a gift. After 15 days without any updates, I inquired about their status and was told they were in high demand, which seemed reasonable. However, by November 30, still no dispatch notice, so I requested a refund since I no longer needed them. I was offered a partial refund, despite my items not being sent. Suddenly, they were dispatched, meaning I could only get a partial refund. Now it's December 15, and the items have arrived, but they're no longer useful to me, and one even has an incompatible power plug. I expected everything to be UK compatible when ordering from a UK site. Never again!
