I wouldn't even rate this with 1 star if I could! This is a waste of money. I attempted to cancel my order before it was dispatched. The company only replies to initial inquiries, but once you express a desire to cancel, they completely ignore you. Despite my cancellation and refund request, the parcel was sent out and took nearly a month to arrive. Now, I'm trying to return one item, and while they responded to my initial return request, my follow-up emails asking for return instructions have gone unanswered. Horrible customer service after placing the order.
The service was very disappointing; I received the solar lights I ordered but also received a magnetic screwdriver set that I had previously canceled. Despite sending 12 emails requesting a return and refund, I have not received any response or refund. Their replies are unhelpful, simply instructing me to put 'cancel' in the subject line. This has been a complete waste of time! I recommend checking other sellers, as I have received no reply since December 5th.
Extremely disappointing experience! I am still waiting for a music boxing machine that was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son from his grandparents. I placed the order on December 14th and only received one item, which was a phone charger. At £17, it’s significantly overpriced and feels like low-quality merchandise. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company!
Automatic replies come within 2 minutes of the first email. If you respond, they don't reply again. It seems there's no real person handling the communication. My order number unexpectedly changed to a random word. The item was out of stock, and after requesting a refund, I received something a month later that was missing a main component from the bundle. Avoid making a purchase with this seller; it feels unsafe.

Almost immediately, I received an email offering a discount or a full refund. I opted for the refund but didn't hear back until 5 days later when I got a dispatch email! I reached out for clarification but received no response. The item finally arrived after Christmas, and despite sending around 6 emails asking for a return address, I've been completely ignored! It's a complete joke!
I cannot recommend this service if you seek professional communication and dependable delivery. I made a full payment for an item on 14 December and received an initial confirmation email. However, since then, the communication has been very limited, with only one response indicating uncertainty about the item's availability due to a supply issue. I have requested a full refund multiple times but have not received any response. At the very least, I would have anticipated timely and clear communication by now.
Tried to contact the company on 4 occasions to cancel an order over the last three weeks, not heard back until tonight three days after Christmas to say order shipped!!
It appears that they don't provide email updates as other companies do, where you receive notifications at every stage of the order. The delivery is taking a long time, but as long as it's legitimate, I'm relieved. I've experienced several scams on social media recently.
I placed an order on 11th December and received an email confirming that my payment was successful, but I haven't received any further communication since then. I also paid extra for shipping. I sent a follow-up email yesterday, and depending on their response, I may update this review. As of now, I'm quite dissatisfied, especially since this was meant to be a Christmas gift.
I placed an order on 20.12.15, and shortly after, I discovered a lower price elsewhere. Following the cancellation policy, I emailed to cancel and request a refund. Since then, I've sent two additional emails, but I still haven't received a response. I haven't received the item or my refund, and tracking is impossible due to issues with the website. The phone line disconnects as well. This feels like a scam; I strongly advise against using this service!
