Well, I knew the item that i had bought for my sister's burthday present was not returnable but i gambled and lost. The vest runs small as every jacket she owns is,a medium but she couldn't zip this. So now I have an $80 vest in the garage until a small female traveller comes my way.
I made the mistake of following Scottevest's measurement chart...which said I should order a "Medium" jacket - even though all my other jackets and coats are "Large."Ha! It was indeed too small BUT Scottevest refused to replace it with a large, and refused to refund my money. Indeed, they even said that if I sent the jacket back they would refuse my return and send it back to me!Fortunately, my credit card company intervened and refunded my money. I will NEVER order anything from Scottevest again, nor will I recommend their company or products to anyone.
I wish I knew about your company sooner, I have several very expensive jackets that I am not wearing anymore. I geocache as a hobby and this jacket accommodates my gps unit, extra pens and other tools of the trade so to speak. Looking forward to the next Geocachers meeting to show off my new jacket. My husband has been eyeing my SCOTTeVEST as well, guess what he's getting for Father's Day
