Warning not to add anything in your cart unless 100% going to buy it. I made the mistake of doing that and then decided I didnt want to buy. A few days later im getting a notice to pay a cancelation fee of $95. If not and it goes to collections that price will double. Never have I had to deal with this at any other bullion dealer. STAY AWAY!
Great except.... shipping via US Postal was a pain. I would have gladly paid extra to ship via UPS or FedEx.My mail is delivered to a mail box in a bank of postboxes. The post office knows my address but does not bring packages to it. This caused a 4 day delivery delay after multiple trips to my local post office.
I went to sell a 1 oz, 24k bangle recently, which I never wore. Everywhere I took it said it weighed .995 oz. I didn't sell it and reached out to them to see if they would do anything about it, and all they would was replace it if I shipped it back. I would have hopped they'd reimburse me because I heard of issues people have had shipping back, and risking more problems is not worth $20. Will probably have to resort to scrapping it
Placed two orders on the same day and asked if they could be combined. Was told yes, one delivery. Half of the order was unexpectedly delivered with no delivery notice. The second half of the order is scheduled days from now. So inconvenient as someone must be here because a signature is required. Forty minutes on hold for customer service resulted in no help at all.Call to place an order and your call will be answered in less than a minute. Call for service and you will wait a long time and good luck getting an answer to your concerns.
I ordered $5 face value worth of Mercury dimes from SD Bullion. I'm not impressed with what I got. Several of the dimes were in very bad condition, so worn that the details were almost completely gone and you could barely tell that they were Mercury dimes at all. Also, one of the coins was a Roosevelt dime. That wasn't what I was promised. The order was for Mercury dimes.Also, be warned that their customer service has a very strict 3-days only service policy. If you notice something wrong with your order and you don't catch it within those 3 days "too bad, so sad."
Placed 3 orders in 2025. Problems with every one. Coins downgraded from advertisement, scratched, dented, stained coins. My last order they sent me what they thought I would accept, not what I ordered. Last straw. Will never do business with them again. Do not believe guarantee, will not be honored. Wanted to charge me to return dented coin sent with no assurance a sound coin would replace it.
