Terrible experience. I ordered some silver and was unexpectedly called out of town. I asked for the shipping to be delayed until I could get back. I asked twice by email and never received a response. They sent it anyway. They wanted 30 dollars to reship. When I called to pay the new shipping I was put on hold. It was to long of a wait so I wrote an email telling them their customer service was terrible. They cancelled the order and charged me 300 dollars. I never did receive any reply..Never do business again with them. SD bullion you suck

Outside my recent purchase, I have called your team with questions, etc twice. Both of those experiences were A++. Always thankful for SD Bullion having great pricing too!
I’ve previously purchased 10oz gold bar with SD Bullion and I honestly had a great experience in Oct2022 to a point I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and family. However SD Bullion has significantly gone down on standards, they use very crappy USPS shipping with NO signature confirmation for expensive gold and silver which are highly priced items.. Both my gold and silver valued at >$10000 was apparently “left in mailbox” with no signature proof and was lost.. I’ve very good video surveillance in front of my house that clearly covers my mailbox area and everyone who comes closer to the camera view can be seen and there was NO SIGN of any attempted delivery. Later when enquired someone “JD” from USPS postal staff signed and left the package elsewhere but it was lost.. SD bullion wanted me to run around police stations, get notarized copies of theft when it wasn’t even my fault and instead SD Bullion should have shipped with FedEx and signature requirement… Added to this is the very crappy arrogant front desk staff who work there who are beyond rude… Victoria, manager at SD Bullion who handles lost packages hasn’t apologized once for what they put me through… I’ve told well in advance to Victoria that I’ve an upcoming surgery on 12/2 and I won’t be home when they finally agreed to re-ship after verifying it wasn’t my mistake to lose the gold and silver. Yet, this lady still shipped my metals with delivery date of 12/2 when I have to be hospitalized for my surgery.. The amount of anxiety SD Bullion has put me through for the lost gold and silver of >$10,000 merchandise for over a month plus just cannot be described in words.. All in all, DO NOT use these guys… If you are really interested in buying precious metals, try get a Costco executive membership and buy through them online or in store which is lot cheaper and you also get 4% cash back on top of what you paid and most importantly Costco literally ships your gold or silver the very next day via FedEx and you have it in your hand the next day unlike the anxiety of losing like I did with SD Bullion. DO NOT USE SD BULLION…
