Bought the Momentum True wireless. year one they had issues had to send them in for repair and less than a year after that the replacements are messed up and now they out of warranty and want 160 bucks per replacements. Done with this company's this will be the third set i will be throwing away and last.
Long long time user and fan... Long term I mean LONG .. 45 years ...Always had an excellent customer service, for me it was another reason to buy ... Have a problem with my momentums, so 3 o'clock Friday afternoon rang them and the reply was 'sori we only operate 9. 2 5 Monday to Friday....'REALLY.!!!.. Bac awhile retailers were telling me they had reliability issues they over came it... They need to address this service issue.. else I for one will never buy again ..
Bought Sennheiser Momentum TW3 earbuds.Quite costly for a student, so kind of expected better.The main bit I object to is having to register to use the advertised zones feature, and it is a must-have for my daily routine. It feels more like an exercise in data collection, which it may sell to increase its revenue.Sennheiser should not sell a product with a feature that requires registration to use. Doubt I will ever buy this brand again.
I bought an SP20 mobile conferencing system, brilliant products and cannot fault in anyway, really it was expensive but every bit of the Sennheiser quality.However, their support is shockingly bad as you end up in a rat run of nowhere, no one wants to know or lets you contact them, "eventually" got through to a company called EPOS and unless you have a list of things they won't talk to you, after weeks of getting this far I am going to give up and try a Jabra device
Purchased some HD600 headphones from Sennheiser. Changed my mind and trying to return them. The link for the returns label doesn't work and trying to contact Sennheiser/Sonova is impossible. I've tried various telephone numbers, email addresses and chats. No response, absolutely ridiculous. Once/If I manage to return the headphone, this will certainly be my last Sennheiser product.
Please never buy from here. The product broke within two weeks and customer service simply dont respond. When i originally purchased this product, they did not send me a single confirmation email. I asked for a confirmation email, They never got back to me.Now that i need to return these (as allowed due to having the warranty), i need PROOF OF PURCHASE. In other words, i need my email confirmation (which i never got given) or a receipt (which i was never given). Terrible, Terrible customer service.
awful customer services, purchased momentum 3 headphones in white, just wanting to swap to black version. chatbot is useless and nobody to contact. Decided to return the item instead.global-e service- portal at first did not work, then when you find the returns it flips into Dutch, where the crafty default setting is that you offer to pay your own return rather than the gratis DHL service.Would have stuck with the headphones in a different colour- however the whole customer service experience has persuaded me to look at another manufacturer (B&W/Bose/sony) for my new headphones.
