Very Disappointed – Poor Customer Support

I bought a pair of Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 earphones, and after two years they stopped working completely. Even though the warranty period had just expired, I contacted Sennheiser and offered to pay for a repair myself. Unfortunately, they refused and said it was not possible to repair the product at all.I’m very disappointed with this experience — it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I expected much better from a premium brand like Sennheiser. My recommendation: avoid buying from this company, as they don’t stand behind their products or offer any reasonable support after the warranty ends.

Excellent customer service Momentum 3 ear…

One bud of a pair of Momentum 3 ear buds failed just after two years use.Called and was asked for receipt which I could not find. Fortunately Sennheiser found receipt on their site .Posted back to Germany and within a couple weeks received a brand new replacement.Excellent customer service worth 5 stars but lose one for the originalfault

Charging unreliable, very poor app

Momentum TW3.Software: App takes forever to connect despite live Bluetooth connection, and drops the connection as soon as it is in the background. Original app was so poorly designed it begs belief. Then they roll out a major app redesign. The redesign of the app achieves the nigh impossible: a substantively worse implementation of the existing features without addressing any of the longstanding issues with the previous version.Hardware flaws: Left earbud is charging erratically (not an issue with the contact points, which I do clean regularly; a process that is cumbersome because of the very poor design). With the left bud not charging reliably, early battery failure is predestined - and of course the batteries are non-replaceable. At which point Sennheiser are clearly hoping that we buy another set. Except I won’t, and nor should you.

I bought the Sennheiser Accentum True…

I bought the Sennheiser Accentum True Wireless earbuds and when I tell you, theyre the worst designed product ive ever paid for, I mean it.Lets start with ergonomics. The case is so bloody slippery that it'll fly out of your hands at every opportunity, like do they dip the cases in butter before shipping? The case also opens left to right instead of up and down. I hope the designers of this product have low self esteem because they are truly incompetent. Now onto the earbuds. Similar issue, the earbuds are also made of the same buttery slip plastic, but also really smooth so you can never get a grip, they also go pinging out of your fingers like theyre actually designed to be flung far away from you with just the pinching motion of your fingers, the same motion that you use to get the damn things out of the case. Try getting a good grip on the suckers, go on, try. None of the earbud sizes are comfortable. Small ones don't seal the ear canal so you get a lot of interference. Big ones will give you a headache. Ive owned samsung, jabra, jbl and airpods before and they are all better. Kicking myself for not just buying jabra elite again. Now onto the noise cancelling. The shittiest of all ANC products ive ever used. It works half the time. If you change the setting in the app, dont expect the setting to stay. Youll have to toggle the wind cancelling on every time you go into the wind because it turns itself off. Also every time the product powers down it reverts all your control settings. The buttons on the side are sensors, not physical buttons, so if you brush your hair out of your face and touch your ear, you'll skip to the next song. I had to turn off all controls, but I have to do it every time I listen.Battery life of the earbuds and the case are bad too. Im so mad I paid 349 dollars for this piece of garbage.

Its Crazy! how much of the same is there on the internet, complaining for the same things... I am one of them who has faced same issues for TW3s and TW4s... I will never buy them again....I bought TW3s on May 2022first fail with squeaking sound and returned on June 2023 // replaced with new TW3ssecond fail with completely dead buds and returned June 2024 // replaced with new TW3sHere there and in between I had oftentimes to reset to factory settings as it would start disconnecting, interrupting music, mic not working etc...gave up & gave away TW3s...SENNHEISER PROMISSED THAT THEY FIXED TW3s issues in new gen - TW4sHave been naive and I bought TW4s on February 2024first fail with dead right bud and returned on September 2024 // replaced with new TW4ssecond fail with dead right bud and returned on September 2025 // yet to ship, expect for the new onesAgain, every 2-4 weeks I had to reset the buds as it would not connect to the phone/laptop, it would suddenly disconnect or have distorted sound. It is frustrating that the item, priced at such premium level of £250-£300 performs so poorly... Ohh and it takes like a month to get replacements! The 2 year promised guarantee is ridiculous, what do you do when warranty expires and it fails there on the spot...You can see that I got "lucky" that the buds failed second time just at the end of guarantee period.... Else I would be out the cash, the buds and with massive disappointment.they should be honoring replacements way beyond that and do minimum of 5 years with promise to replace with new generation, hoping that they have fixed all short comings from previous gen...Thanks Sennheiser, I will have to fly tomorrow without the earbuds...NEVER AGAIN,

Oh dear- horrendous inconvenience and utter stupidity

Oh dear. I know their headphones are stunning quality and amongst the best. However I bought a set that had a symbol on them that could lead sadly to my child to be teased. I ordered on Sunday online. Ten mins later I tried to cancel and rang sennheiser customer service 9am morning after. Sennheiser still dispatched from Germany 🇩🇪 despite my request saying they could not prevent. So journey of over two weeks began with UPS ( another company deserving a poor review). So delays in customs and sent up to Cumbria to local UPS office. At this point I contacted UPS saying return to sender. After a few more days they did so and again a few more days clearing UK 🇬🇧 customs, Then onwards to German town where Sennheiser are based. Finished??? No no then Sennheiser customer services said another 8 days to refund 🤬Annoyed at three weeks delay for refund ?? Very frustrating, irritating and definitely not understandable. Bad experience and bad idea of Sennheiser to deliberately do this insisting parcels still get dispatched rather than stopping when plenty opportunity.

The best earphones and the WORST customer service

I have used Sennheiser products for years and absolutely loved them. I decided to treat myself to some momentum 2 in ear headphones. These headphones were amazing if this review was of the earphones I would give it 10 out of 5. Part of the reason I love them is due to a neck piece that connects to two earbuds.About 14 months of having these superb earphones the left ear stopped working consistently. As these were not cheap earphones I went to sennheiser to get them repaired. The process of organising the return was simple enough. Though a little confusing in places. Maybe I'd take it down 1 star for the level of confusion.A week or so after sending off the headphones, I received an email saying my headphones are being in their way back. A few days later I receive the package, delighted as the earphones I was using in the mean time I really dislike. So im sure you can imagine my surprise at opening up a box of sennheiser Accentum, earbuds without a connecting piece and worth less than half the value of my original headphones, not a like for like. Straight on the email to query maybe a mistake was made during shipping, accidents happen after all, after the auto reply email I wait a week, still no update on my email lose 1 star, I email again, days later still no reply l. I email again, still no reply another star lost. After another week I decide to phone, the lady who answered the phone was lovely, I told her about the issue and gave over my case number and she told me that my case had been escalated, something I told her would of been nice to have been communicated. She put a note against the case and assured me would be handled within a few days.About 3 or 4 days later I receive an email asking me to send the Accentum back and the would send me a pair of momentum true wireless 3. A pair again without a connecting piece and a value of £50 less than my original. Another star lost. I immediately replied to the email stating that I do not want those earphones due to them not being what I wanted .Again my email goes unanswered 2 stars lost this is getting ridiculous now.Weeks later with still no reply to my email i phone again. Once again the woman who answered the phone was lovely but was basically useless. Putting another not against the case.Another star lost it has now been over a week and have had zero communication. This case has been going since the 1st of July it is now the 14th of August at time of writting and I still have an unopened set of Accentum earphones. This case has really upset me, not only have I been a fan of sennheiser coming up for 2 decades, but I used to sell sennheiser products at two previous jobs, but now I don't believe I can promote sennheiser anymore.

HD25 earphones

HD25 earphonesUtter rubbish where reliabilty is concered, there is a fault that makes the sound either crackly or non existant something to do with the wires and connectors.Sennheiser have no interest in helping and bearing in mind how many other reports I am seeing of issues they should be paying attention.I have used the brand for 35 years but will be buying an alternative, sad as they have great sound.
