AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Sent my TMW3 for repair, didn’t hear a thing from them for months, eventually after a lot of messaging they emailed to say it was still stuck at the uk depot and will now be sent to Germany no ETA, no guarantees, NOTHING!! All this was nearly 4 months ago now!!!!! I have given up now, I don’t want the stupid earbuds back and I don’t want to deal with them ever again!!

I will never buy Sennheiser equipment…

I will never buy Sennheiser equipment again After the terrible experience I just received from this company. 1/st Sep 2022 I bought a pair of PXC550 wireless headphones with 2 year warranty. After about 10 months the covers were becoming unglued from the head pieces, this gradually got worse and worse. I contacted them and received a returns number, I sent the units back on 7th Aug 2023, I included a letter that stated I needed these back by 29th Aug either repaired or un-repaired. Since then I have received no communication from the company, no acknowledgment of receipt, nothing. Since then I have contacted them again on 24th of Aug, I received a standard reply saying someone would contact me, it is now the 29th of Aug. And not a word from anyone. This company is either seriously understaffed or their systems are not working. I am travelling now for the next 6 months. So I need o buy a new pair if headphones, needless to say it won’t be Sennheiser.

I WILL NEVER BE BUYING sennheiser again

Like others here I WILL NEVER BE BUYING AGAIN. My bad experience is : one of the ‘gels’ on the ear buds that actually goes in the ear split so i needed a replacement but could not find at retail. I contacted 'customer no-service’ only to be told they do no longer make the gels that feature on ALL their models and would have to buy a new set(never going to happen). I replied to Patrick pointing this out and he no longer replies. I wrote to Andreas Sennheiser 3 times and he will not even acknowledge receipt so I wrote to the COO Peter Ogley who also ignores my mails I then wrote to all 3 of the together and they all ignored my mail !! This is all compounded by one of the buds intermittently just DOES NOT work (same happened to my son’s ?). A SHOCKING company with SHOCKING practices and it is not as though their products are inexpensive. I will NEVER buy sennheiser again…… you have been warned and not only by me.

My money has been taken, item never delivered and no support provided.

I ordered sennheiser earbuds that I have never received. Delivery was apparently attempted twice but in fact no one ever knocked at my door (I work full time from home). The UPS update said earbuds are on the way to be sent back to supplier. I contacted sennheiser customer services as this is their obligation to make sure the product is delivered to customer. They refused to contact their chosen delivery company and said that if I want to receive earbuds I should contact UPS myself as they wouldn’t do that. Alternatively, they advised, I can wait for the earbuds to be sent back to them in order to get my money back but they didn’t know how long it would take and wouldn’t help with this either. My money has been taken, item never delivered and no support provided.

Stupid customer service! AVOID FOR REPAIRS!

Everything is great... Just stupid Repair/Customer service. I sent my headphones in to be repaired nearly 2 months ago. And they have JUST been seen to be repaired. However this is with me nagging them almost everyday to get them to tell me what's going on, otherwise I would have no clue as their "Automated Emails" NEVER Arrive. If you need to repair them, don't find a 3rd party company. Worst customer experience of my life, never using their repairs again! AVOID

Avoid this brand especially if you need customer service!

Bought a pair of headphones that had significant issues with the noise cancelling feature whereby I could hear outside noise louder than what was playing in my ears. When it was an issue they could be helpful with, their response time was very quick and they sent me a replacement. Except the second pair had the same issue. I then demanded a refund, argued their policies with them over several weeks and after SEVEN MONTHS of emailing them and getting no response they finally emailed me back and gave in, offering me a refund! I’ve now sent them back and have emailed them approx 4/5 times since asking them for the next steps to get my money back as they have had my returned headphones now for approx 10 days, they have gone back to not replying. Honestly their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Considering their products are not cheap, you’d think they would be willing to respond and be helpful to customers when there is an issue! I demanded a refund and told them multiple times that there is clearly an issue with the technology itself or it’s an issue across the batch created, however I doubt that this has been taken on board. For reference - I ordered and returned the HD450 BT model. The date of my experience on this review is the month I ordered the first pair….11 months later and I’m still trying to get my money back!

Sonova are ACTUAL LIARS

Good product but the customer service (now outsourced to Sonova) is a DISGRACE. Not even fit for a low-cost airline let alone a quality audio brand.When I sent them my TW3 for repair they LOST it, then when after they asked for proof I proved that they lost it and not the post, they promised me (I have the EMAIL IN WRITING) they'd send me a new set which NEVER ARRIVED.SONOVA ARE LITERALLY LIARS.AVOID - NEVER AGAIN

Do not buy earbuds from Sennheiser!!

Do not buy earbuds from Sennheiser!!! I bought second pair of Momentum earbuds and after 6months right earbud stop working same problem as my first mk1 … you can’t fix it !!! it’s how they made them I always had sennheiser headphones all my life but after that I won’t buy anything from them !!! I chose other brand and will never back to sennheiser again!!!

Ridiculous design issue

A simple problem. The ear pads came off. Tried on line to reattach. Absolutely impossible to repair. Tried Sennheiser. Only got a bot. Great headphones - terrible service and a ridiculous pads attachment. They need to improve design.
