Poor Warranty Service

Purchased a pair of Sennheiser neckband wireless headphones via john lewis less than a year ago. They stopped working properly but under 2 year warranty I was told to send them to Sennheiser (at my own cost) for repair/replacement. I received an email from them, not mentioning repair, but advising that my model is discontinued and to choose another pair from their website as replacement. However, I had a limited budget and could not choose any that have to come from a dealer. As this has greatly restricted my options I have had to choose a cheaper pair that are nothing like my original purchase...more annoyingly, they are still advertising on their site a pair the same as the ones I originally bought but as these have 'contact a dealer' to get them I cant get them as a replacement. All in all, not great service for a product still under warranty and less than a year old.

In sennheiser i trust

This is probably the most trust worthy company in the world, i had issue with the first sennheiser true wireless after one year and half of use ,i get in touch with them with proof of purchase. And immediately I get brand new one from their warehouse in Germany in just 2 weeks in a period of brexit!!!.i just can't thank them enough. I will definitely buy sennheiser products in the future

"Delay" in shipping order

Ordered from them a week ago, was supposed to receive my item in 2-3 days, still have no idea whether it has actually been shipped or whatever happened to it, no one seems to know anything, it just shows as "Delay" on the tracking page.

If I could do no stars i would

If I could do no stars i would. Been over a month and still my order hasn't arrived. They happily took my money but van's give me clear answers and the answers for why it's delayed seem to change everytime. Having to chase them up constantly for any kind of communication. No offer make amends for this, just and empty sorry and sorry we can't refund you until you recieve the item and send it back. But still no word on when and if I'll ever get my parcel.

Do not buy from Sennheiser direct terrible service

Do not buy from Sennheiser direct. My order was messed up in shipping and never reached me. It's supposed to be on way back to Sennheiser but they are refusing to either resend or refund right now. I am being treated very badly and this is ruining the Sennheiser brand. I'm now looking at other well known German headphone brands who will treat me with more respect. Sennheiser can spend all it wants on marketing but if it treats customers like this the marketing team is wasting its money

Will not buy from this company again. Bought an item I would like to return sent an email and message on Twitter no response from either. No doubt they will now tell me it’s out of time although I’ve been waiting weeks for a reply!

Unreal customer service!

Amazing customer service dealing with my issue promptly - my headphones broke last year, and I was worried as I did not have my receipt as the headphones were gifted to me. The issue was resolved ever so quickly, and within no time I had a brand new pair of headphones, no questions asked! Unreal customer service thank you Sennheiser (and Rebecca who dealt with my enquiry)! I would take all of the recent bad reviews with a pinch of salt as the service and products are really top notch!

Shipment delay & zero communication

Ordered headphones 9 days ago with free 2-3 day delivery. Got an email 2 days later informing me that the shipment is delayed due to Brexit - no communication since, and the money for the order is no longer pending in my account. Submitted a service desk ticket on their website yesterday to ask whether my order had been cancelled and had no answer, so called up today to double check. Was told the service desk ticket number I have is not valid (how is that possible if placed on the official website?) and that the order is still in progress. I can't cancel the order now to order the headphones elsewhere as the order is in progress, yet I have no information on when I will receive this product. It's a birthday present and I thought ordering 2 weeks in advance is plenty, turns out it's not and won't arrive in time. Dreadful service.

Terrible after sales service when…

Terrible after sales service when trying to return a product. Got an email from Digital River promising a further email with shipping info and label, but have received nothing after 2 weeks. DHL driver turned up to collect, but could not as I had no label. Driver said he would contact manager and sort, but still nothing from Digital River several days later. Sennheiser contact form completed, but no response from them either. Will probably never buy from Sennheiser again after being a life long fan of their headphones, with several purchases going back many years.

Ear pad subsription

Buying a headset here is equivalent to buying a yearly subsciption on ear pads. They put really weak adhesive on the ear pads (breaks after 1 year(warranty does not cover this)) and force you to pay 30$ each time this happens.
