Depressing service

Bought headphones at the end of November 2021. Realised over the next month or so that the sound was increasingly cutting out intermittently in one ear. The only way to contact them was through the online form. Weeks later I received a response with a link to book the headphones in for service, except it didn't work, because the product I bought wasn't an option on the website. Sent a message asking for further help. That was a month ago, and no reply. At this point, and judging by the other reviews here, I don't think I'll bother sending them for service even if it does happen someday. Which is a shame, because the problem only gets worse and sooner or later they will stop working completely. What a shame, the only time in my life I've spent money on a pair of headphones.Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I bought them but it's not what you'd expect from a supposedly reputable manufacturer.

Really solid customer service

So after reading a few reviews of the Sennheiser HD 560S I decided to buy some, and seeing that the price was cheapest at the official Sennheiser store I bought them.The website was dying that night and after I ordered the headphones and got no confirmation email. I contacted them about it and after a few emails with a very helpful customer service employee called Richard, who managed to tell me that even though the money was taken out of my account, the order didnt go through, he then helped me get a refund which is now on its way!Thanks guys!

Terrible Customer service !!! Avoid avoid

My TW2 earbuds died about 2 months into use. When I sent them back for a warranty repair I was sent out £100 cx earbuds to replace my TW2 which cost me £270. Called over 10 times each time given the same empty promises by the 2 female call centre staff in the UK. Offered online gift balance which never happened,t hey will promise to call you back.... and never will.I Basically feel like I have been scammed by a so-called reputable company. Please avoid and do not lose your hard earned cash like I did.

Don’t trust their warranty returns

Returned my headphones for a warranty repair and never heard back, disgusted with the service to be honest. Product is superb but not happy with this process at all. Typically response is within a day, but since I have chased my warranty fix, not heard a thing.

Dreadful and unacceptable repair time

I sent some headphones off for repair at the beginning of November 2021 and have have just received them back in mid February 2022- a full 16 weeks later. There were lots of unhelpful emails promising things that didn't happen - they even omitted to put my house number on the return package which caused a three week delay too. I did this once before in 2017 when the repair operation was in the UK and got the mended cans back in 10 days. This recent episode involved sending to Germany and was an unmitigated diaster. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE - it's terrible!!

Great headphones but terrible customer service!

Great headphones but terrible service.I bought high end Sennheiser 660S headphones. I have had the balanced cable break twice now. First time, service was reasonably good. But since Sennheiser consumer were bought out by Sonova, the customer service is abhorrent. Long wait times from customer email support that are majorly unhelpful who keep telling me to open a new ticket. Then their website was down for maintenance for almost a week. I then called their customer service and so far am on hold for over 25 mins. This is absolutely atrocious. The customer service is awful for a brand that talks about quality, especially when you buy a very expensive product!I may have to go back to Beyerdynamic as this is atrocious from such a reputable manufacturer. So sad they sold it off to another awful company, Sonova!

DO NOT BUY FROM SENNHEISER

DO NOT BUY FROM SENNHEISER! Recomended by my son who works in the audio indusrty my wife bought each of us an expensive pair of headphones for Christmas directly from Sennheiser. The headphones were shipped via UPS but never arrived. Sennheiser have accepted that we did not receive the headphones but despite many subsequent phone calls and emails they did not refund our money. I'm disgusted by them. AVOID.

Waiting over 20 days for shipment and…

Waiting over 20 days for shipment and still no progress. Requesting cancellation now as i can't bother anymore chasing them. I don't know even if i will get a response to this. I wish i read the reviews before oredering. Please avoid them, if you want peace of mind...
