Bad customer support

Have bought sennheiser cx plus earphones, left earphone just died after 4 months, after 2 weeks no reply of service.Never again senheizer.

Faulty pair of headphones which I emailed them, they did come back to me with a link to arrange a return which doesn’t work I have emailed them 3 times now for help but no reply, tried calling but was on hold for 45 minutes & gave up.

Worst experience I have ever had.

Bought RS195 headphones directly from Sennheiser. Headphones have significantly worse audio than the set we have had for years which were a fraction of the price. Attempted to return in line with their promised returns policy. Sennheiser make it almost impossible to return an item and after over a month still no refund. It cost £40 to send the goods back where they have sat in a postal depot for the last 3 weeks. Customer services do not answer queries, they send links to their website without addressing the concern. Worst buying experience I have ever had and a terrible product - not a patch on previous products. It feels like they are trading on their previous reputation and don't care about the customer anymore. Will never order from them ever again.

Asked for a replacement case as I couldn't find it anywhere for my CX plus. And I got a reply 3 days later to look on AMAZON!!! Buy SONY or SAMSUNG, you'll get decent customer support!

It's the first time I leave a review for anything - because this was truly dreadful.I thought I'd order from the Sennheiser website instead of Amazon. First I tried ordering a pair of headphones with a non-UK card. After clicking 'Pay', the page wouldn't let me go through, saying it had to be a UK card. I thought ok, I'll get them from Amazon then.20 minutes later, I receive an email that my payment has gone through with Sennheiser. At no point did I receive a confirmation, just the error about the non-UK card. I try to find a way to cancel the order before it's shipped. There is no straightforward option to do this, so instead I email 2 different contact addresses within 30 minutes of placing the order.The next day, I get an email saying my order has shipped. I contact Customer Service, who tell me I have to return it if I want a refund. I explain I didn't actually put the order through - and I did everything humanly possible to cancel it before it shipped - so I don't really want to take time off work, queue at the post office and pay for postage. They say they're sorry, and that's it.I try to print a return label for the parcel. The website mysteriously switched to Dutch halfway through, with no option to go back to English. I'm not even sure what I'm agreeing to. Instead of 1 label, I receive a 6-page PDF with no instructions as to how to use all of the forms (5 in English, 1 in Dutch).The order shouldn't have gone through in the first place. Then no one was there to pick up my cancellation request. Then they brushed off all of my attempts to fix this situation and/or complain. Then the return instructions are obscure.

Sennheiser HD 450 BT headphones

Bought Sennheiser HD 450 BT headphones in New Zealand. Ear pads seem to fall apart fairly regularly. Good headphones, similar bad experience as others with after sales service. That is, when I was finally able to get in contact with them. Chat box is always unmanned and they don't answer the phone. I won't be buying Sennheiser again.

Terrible warranty repair service

Sent in my mtw2 for warranty repair in mid August as the right earbud died on me. 2 months later no correspondence whatsoever, no indication of any work being done or even acknowledgement of the parcel arriving at their site. If not for royal mail tracking I'd not even know it was delivered. Doubt I'll see my earbuds again. Appalling service from a supposedly premium kit supplier.

Good kit, not great service

I have had for a long time and been very satisfied with a set of Sennheiser wireless headphones. They were still fully functional except that the operation of the on/off switch on the headset had become very erratic. I emailed them asking if they could supply a replacement switch, which I would be well able to fit (so far as I can tell it is only possible to buy this particular type in bulk). Eight days later they (as Sennheiser hearing) got back to me saying that they had no stock. Strangely though, the said that were the phones in warranty (which they definitely aren’t) they could offer to carry out a service – which would certainly need exactly the same part. So I fixed it myself, cutting a hole in the casing to fit a different type of switch. Thus I cannot fault their equipment but the service does not seem to bend over backward to be helpful.

Poor after sales

Bought the hyped up Momentum 3 buds which initially i liked. They lasted 6 months. The real issue is contacting after sales. Ive filled in a form many times now no reply. Facebook had an initial reply then nothing. Very poor. If there was a phone number to call i wouldnt mind. I’m so disapointed because they have been good in the past.

Warranty Repairs nightmare

Warranty Repairs nightmareI ordered wired earphones a while back, and for some reason they stopped working in one ear. So I contacted the warranty support. There is no direct contact number, you have to complete an online form. Seemed like applying for a mortgage but I did anyway.I got the email with case number and asked to wait for another email with postage label.Second email came, I printed off the label, guess what, I have to pay the postage. Ok, off to Post Office, sent it off as signed for delivery.One month since its delivered to their service center, no response.There is no contact number on the website to call. So googled it and found a number. I am waiting for 20+ minutes now and no one answering.Apparently all their staff is busy, looks like they are now manufacturing sub-standard products that are breaking far more often than they used.Luckily, these were not very expensive headset, so won't be bothered too much.However, WILL NEVER BUY sennheiser products again.
