NON STOP SPAM EMAILS!

I can hand on heart say this is the first negative review I’ve ever posted. I purchased a ring from SD about 7 years ago and have been spammed with emails and marketing ever since. I would estimate 4 emails per week. I have clicked unsubscribe countless times.I have emailed customer services repeatedly to unsubscribe me and delete my contact details from the database. Still I get spam emails almost every day. At what point can I file harassment charges? MAKE IT STOP! 🛑

The ordering was simple

Poor returns service

The ring I ordered, although lovely, was too large. I have returned it and requested a smaller size (S). I have still not received the replacement ring and I have not been refunded. This was a birthday present for my son. I have contacted customer services about this with no reply. Please can this be sent immediately. I look forward to hearing from you

Not received order after two weeks

Placed my order almost two weeks ago and still haven't received it, have sent multiple emails to customer service and had absolutely nothing back, terrible customer service will be asking for a refund never shopping here again.
