Great experience

Everything was so quick, I could track it wherever it stopped over and the product was gorgeous! I just wish it came in a box since it’s jewellery and it would be nice for a gift.

Completely useless and shambolic…

Completely useless and shambolic company. Pleased an order of over £600!! Plus additional for next day delivery. That was in the morning 12th August way before 1pm therefore same day dispatch and delivery next day on the 13th. On the evening of the 12th I still had not received any tracking at which point the delivery should have been shipped but no tracking or info whatsoever so I emailed customer service. I received a response on the 13th saying the order “appears” to have been shipped. So no one knows the status of a plus £600 order. The guy said he would check with Royal Mail. No order was shipped or tracking information was provided and no order arrived on the 13th. On the 14th I emailed again. So 2 days later after placing a delivery with next day shipping requesting the tracking details and that if this hadn’t been shipped to cancel my order and refund me my £600. Received no response from them other than a notification of the refunding of my entire order. So basically the order wasn’t shipped, customer service didn’t even know and thought it was with Royal Mail. They literally just lost £600 due to the complete incompetence of fulfilling orders with over 2 days from the point of ordering and the order hadn’t even been shipped despite paying for next day delivery. Probably the worst level of customer service I’ve dealt with and Aligns with what others have said on here with many tracking and delivery issues or extremely long delivery times. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Arrived quickly and with nice packaging. Pendant is lovely and seems good quality. Chain seems okay, but not the same quality as the pendant (mainly the clasp). Also, the cost of postage (£5.95) is very high considering its a Tracked 48 envelope (£2.70).

Wouldn't usually write these reviews but after my experience I felt it was right to warn future customers.Product delivered was completely wrong. I was.advised not to worry and a fully refund would be issued on return. After returning the item I contacted them on multiple emails they had given and on their social media platforms. Absolute zero response (website advises 24 to 48 hours). Fortunately I had paid via credit card via PayPal so once raised with them they managed to contact seller and the refund was issued. I'd be very wary of purchasing anything from Serge Denimes

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Serge DeNimes has been nothing short of shocking. I placed an order, returned it, and the company initially confirmed they received the return. However, I never received my refund. I contacted customer service and spoke with “Jourdan,” who did respond at first, but now my emails have gone unanswered and my issue remains unresolved.To make matters worse, because I paid through Klarna, the payment was marked as overdue. As a result, I had no choice but to pay the bill to avoid it affecting my credit score.I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The customer service is practically nonexistent, and I feel completely ignored and frustrated. Terrible experience all around and I’ve been left out of pocket for something I’ve returned!

Very bad customer service, ordered rings on June 10th, and it’s been over a week and no update for my purchase. I try to reach them from email but nothing comes back…..I believe the company is a fraud.

Refusal to give refund for lost item 3+ months on

Whilst the jewellery is nice, i've lost all confidence in the brand by their refusal to give a refund for a lost necklace 3+ months on.For context, I ordered an exchange necklace (other thing to note - any discount applied makes it a 'sale' piece with only exchanges allowed). A couple of weeks' later I tracked it to see where it was, spotting it was stuck in a Royal Mail delivery office in Romford. I've been corresponding with Jourdan from Serge DeNimes who want to wait for Royal Mail to confirm the situation (even though the tracking shows it clearly in Romford still).It's now been over three months since the order, and despite polite chasing, i've been told no refund will be given until they've heard from Royal Mail. A quick look online shows this goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Serge DeNimes are entitled to give me a refund if I have not received the item after 30 days, and they need to chase up with Royal Mail separately for compensation).I've stated that, given them a week to respond (they haven't) so now I'm chasing through my bank. Rather disappointing all round - I wouldn't order through them again. Update: I requested a chargeback through my bank. Serge DeNimes said they could offer a refund if I cancelled the chargeback, which I declined as I’d lose all my protection. They’re now disputing the chargeback! I’d like to hope this was all a big misunderstanding, but the matter still stands that they’re refusing to give a refund for a necklace which they themselves confirm has not arrived. I’ve now referred them to Trading Standards.
