I placed an order to the total of £139.99. I only kept 2 items which amounted to £8.83 . I returned the order in 1 bag. I have only been part funded for the goods. The company are trying to make out they didn't receive all the goods which is a joke as they were all in the same package. The quality of the goods are dreadful, for instance don't look like the pictures, hems not finished, sizes are all over the place. I have tried for 2 weeks to try and resolve this issue to the point I have given up so much so I am contacting my bank to instigate a charge back 72 on this company. Same order but split delivery. No shocks for the expensive items in the bag they state they have not received them back to the warehouse despite all the items in the same bag!! The customer service take a day to get back to you. You cannot speak to them. If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would.
