This company has completely lost my trust. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but they’ve become absolutely terrible. Every single refund I’ve received has been incorrect — I’ve lost so much money because of their constant mistakes and lack of proper responses.I’ve raised multiple tickets, sent countless emails, and waited for months with no help at all. The customer service is non-existent. This is the first time I’ve even managed to get a reply after months of trying.Almost every order arrives with a problem — wrong sizing, faulty items, incorrect products, or even items that arrive with strong smells. It’s ridiculous how consistently bad the quality and service have become.They have completely failed to resolve anything, and I’m left out of pocket despite being a loyal customer for years. I’ve seen so many other people complain about the same issues — clearly, nothing is being done to fix it. Avoid this company at all costs.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Terrible experience!!! Ordered multiple items early for Christmas, some were processed, others randomly stopped by the, 'Fraud Department' of SHEIN.The only person defrauded was ME!!! SHEIN deducted ALL the payment from my account and REPEATEDLY refused to send the items, despite my repeatedly providing them with photographs of my Credit Card transactions as they requested.The response was, 'Verification insufficient.'I used EVERY available communication with SHEIN, telephoning, (which directs to livechat and then cuts you off); Live Chat - which just ignored my queries, and was very clearly NOT live; Email - which has similarly been ignored thus far.This is NOT a busy time of year in the U.K. since it is October 2025. I deliberately purchased the bulk of my Christmas gifts from SHEIN at this time to avoid the Christmas rush.....To no avail.One might think that the fact that I am a very good SHEIN Customer, (having spent £3088.73 since 05/23, £800 being this week alone on 07/10/25), from the perspective of simply encouraging repeat business would ensure reasonable behaviour from this company......BUT NO! It's not even as though delivery was to an address I had not used before.
