Parcel was delivered to a bin outside the front of my house apparently & was not there when I returned from a long weekend away. Contacted Evri as advised by Shein customer service and they say they are investigating and will liaise with Shein. after numerous Emails backwards and forwards to both Shein & Evri over last 3 weeks both are denying responsibility. Shein and Evri you need to sort this. Shein make a claim from Evri and refund me. Evri left it in an unsafe place and you employed them to do that. Absolutely shocking customer service
This company is a SCAMThis company is a SCAMThey lost my parcel because it was left on the street by the delivery company they use and despite the photographic evidence of this they refused to refund me the money. I am determined they will pay for this loss and more since it's a disgrace that they refuse to recognise evidence so clear like a picture. Some useless customer service person named Victori who claimed to talk English concluded she was not sure if it was lost or not despite the pic showing the flower bed in the street where the parcel was left and the reflection in the glass door or the street and cars. This is just an update to my last review on shein….they requested for me to contact them for a solution but all they did was give me the same song and dance and they request ridiculous documentation that is way beyond my control….dont let them fool you they are a zero values and ethics company with zero integrity and human decency and WILL NOT honor any alleged promise made by them to rectify any solution you may have. Don’t waste your money here because it’s a 50/50 chance if you even get your package and a ZERO chance for a solution if anything happens to your package.
