I like the variety of styles and low prices at Shein, but my experience hasn’t been great overall. The quality is very inconsistent, and several items didn’t look like the photos. Sizing was inaccurate, which made returns necessary. Delivery took longer than expected, and customer support wasn’t very helpful. It’s affordable, but the drawbacks outweigh the benefits for me.
Paid delivery & sent wrong item - returned item & have asked customer service 4 times if they will refund delivery as they sent the wrong item so I shouldn’t be out of pocket AND they will NOT confirm this. Total scam In response to sheins auto reply - why don’t you look at the ticket I currently have open. Customer service copy & paste the same reply but never actually answer the question.
Ordered from SHEIN for years, and it wasn't until now that I experienced an issue. My item was marked as Delivered but I never received it. After some back and forth with UPS, they finally provided evidence that my package was delivered to a Westover Avenue address instead of my actual address (which is on the completely different side of the alphabet). This was in December; it is now February and SHEIN refuses to accept the DIRECT EMAIL FROM UPS that has the tracking information, as well as the full address of delivery which DOES NOT MATCH the address on my invoice. I am on my 3RD ticket. Now suddenly the SHEIN shop I ordered from (Zoeli) can't be found; all you can see is their reviews. I'm going to post this anywhere and everywhere until I get my refund. I know this company will respond with the same canned response they've given everyone here, so here's my TICKET ID: GUSTKWESEHN8QYM.
This supposed company is a SCAM, THIEVES, since December 9 I have been trying to get my refund because the INOPERATIVE shipping company they have hired delivered my order to a totally different address, I sent them the photo they sent of the alleged "correct delivery" and the photo of my door and they are TOTALLY DIFFERENT, and I NEVER received an answer or even a refund, THIEVES, SCAMMERS, DARING. Don't throw your money into this @SHEIN shit
