I ordered some hurt hoodies for pre order me and my friends and was very happy with the result when they came. The quality and comfort of the hoodies is lovely. However I ordered 3 large and one medium but was sent 4 large instead. I reached out to the customer service department and they quickly sent me a medium at no extra cost (and they paid for shipping) and let me keep the extra large as a gesture of good will. The medium came in good time considering I'm in England and is the same quality as the others I received. Overall I had a great experience with cool shirtz and will be ordering again
Wow! What a great company! You can always judge a company better on how they handle a situation when things go wrong.In November 2022 I ordered a hoodie that my son NEEDED 🙄The website is easy to navigate with many payment options, my item was dispatched the next day via Australia Post and tracked.I followed my eagerly awaited parcel from Australia to Heathrow, where the parcel was handed to Royal F̷Mail as acknowledged by both postal services. Allowing for Christmas and strikes I didn't pursue the parcel until January, at this time Royal Mail confirmed the parcel was still at Heathrow. By the end of January I still had not received the parcel, I contacted Coolshirtz who just requested a copy of an email from Royal Mail confirming the parcel was lost, simple right? Apparently not because 'Royal Mail had not lost the parcel they just couldn't locate it' 😒I contacted Coolshirtz once more, attaching relevant emails and screen shots of tracking asking what I could do next? I received an email straight away from Coolshirtz advising me not to worry they would claim through their courier who would then claim from Royal Mail (good luck with that!) And they sent a replacement hoodie that day! I have now received the hoodie and the quality is amazing! I can now see why my son wanted to buy from Coolshirtz and I will definitely be placing more orders, safe in the knowledge that if there is a problem it will be sorted out.I definitely recommend Coolshirtz who could not have been more helpful and supportive. I have purchased a lot of items from cool shirtz over the last 3 or 4 years as gifts for my son and can confirm as a mum that the quality is fabulous, the clothes wash very very well, the colour doesn't fade. The quality of the products is excellent.On top of the clothes being so good the customer service is amazing. Emails are answered very quickly, information is provided and if a wee error is made it is rectified straight away. I am very very impressed especially ordering from the UK and not being in Australia. A great company and highly recommend
An amazing website that sells very unique designs on their shirts. When I had a problem with my order, the customer service representative went above and beyond, resolving my issue to the best of their abilities and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing more shirts in future

I’ve bought everything from shirts, hoodies, desk mats, socks, stickers…all bloody amazing quality and have held up over months/years of wearing and washing them. This is a great group of people making really, and I mean really high quality, comfortable and fun sweats and shirts.The hoodie I ordered arrived faster from halfway across the planet than some pizzas I have ordered (unfortunately not an exaggeration).The hoodie is beyond expectations, the fabric is thick and soft, all the detailing is of really high quality. It couldn't be more lit if it was on fire!Also, fellow US residents, when you check the site, make sure you set the locality to USA. Otherwise the prices look higher in Ozzie bucks.
All clothing made is very good quality (shirts, pants, jackets…), I had made the incorrect order and emailed asking for a refund so I can make the correct order, to which I quickly received an email back and a refund within five hours of making the purchase. Customer service is wonderful and their products are incredible, love Cool Shirtz!
