Everything arrived perfect and nothing looked overpriced nor cheap, only one small mistake where I got the wrong hoodie and they instantly resolved it by sending the one ordered to me and telling I can keep the other hoodie, overall everything is extremely comfortable and nice to wear and the customer support is really nice n caring and I would definitely recommend and buy more from them in the future
Was sent a shirt not part of my order, was a little disappointed. Contacted customer service and they responded quickly, telling me my order has been refunded and I don't need to send back the wrong shirt. Would have given them fewer than 5 stars but they went above and beyond, ordering the correct shirt I wanted for me. Love the designs so definitely recommend.
Ordered a shirt in the beginning of March and still nothing.I've contacted customer support and they say they can't file a complaint with the shipping company since too much time has passed. No refund, no shirt and they still made it seem like it's my fault.Wouldn't recommend.
I've received 4 orders and have been extremely happy so far! I live in Europe so shipping is a little pricey and I have to keep customs in mind (not that expensive in the Netherlands) but everything always arrives within 20/25 days of shipping. The quality of their stuff is amazing and my last order (lil fella merch) even had a handwritten note mentioning my name. 🥺Currently have two more orders on the way so very excited for what's to come!
Had a pre-order for CO merch for about half a year. Ask them for an update and they ensure me that I would be getting my order, it’s just taking a while to ship all the orders…whateverCome March they say I’m not gonna be getting my pre-order. Saying human error was a part of it, obviously. Ensure me I’ll get it in probably 5 more months or so. I quickly requested a refundWanted to support some of my favorite creators but was sorely disappointed when CS absolutely ruined my order
Cool Shirtz is the Best!!! I have bought so many clothes, pins, hats, and a neon sign and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the products is so good and I always get complements when I'm wearing them, and shipping has never been more than a week or two. Customer service has always been quick, fast, and so nice. I honestly can't recommend them enough.
Over the past 3 years, I have bought nearly $1000 worth of stuff from cool shirtz, and I can say that it has been worth it without a doubt. The clothes are of really good quality, with really nice prints/designs on them. All of this resulted in me being bummed when I lost the 'wilted hoodie' from them, it was my favourite jumper to wear, and I'll definitely have to order another one when I get the chance. My most recent addition from them is the colour crew in teal, the colour in the pictures is really accurate to how it looks in real life, and the material has this really nice pillow quality to it that is so soft to the touch.Although I can't speak for anyone outside of australia, shipping is also incredibly fast, arriving within a few days of ordering is something that I've come to expect. Overall, I'd definitely recommend ordering from them, and can't wait for COOL2022 to drop
