Absolutely Shocking...

Absolutely Shocking...I am the customer...I order 2 small products from 2 separate sellers, both use the exact same courier company...No delivery by said date....5 FIVE days later I get a notification that my delivery has been cancelled, because they tried to deliver and couldn't...LIE, LIE LIE, I work from home I am here all the time...So what happens...I can no longer order COD becauseI AM UNRELIABLE... 😱 OMGAnd you cannot contact Shopee Customer Service because there is none, back to Lazada..

Don't Use Shopee…

I have recently started using Shopee Thailand, and on both occasions, my orders from Dipo darts shop have been cancelled, due to apparently being unable to send??? I have sent numerous messages to Dipo without response, and Shopee are also not responding or providing information. The Shopee website provides a 'contact us' link which doesn't work and I had to do a google search on ways to contact them. Terrible service from both Dipo and Shopee and I won't be using either business again.

Not good products and extremely slow return

The products on their platform are not good. Some of them are more expensive than places like iHerb. Some of them like vaccumm cleaner just broke after one use. When return the item, it took them 7-15 business days to issue a return voucher and the voucher is good only for one month since the date it has been approved. From the approved time it will take another 15 days to get voucher. So, really don't have much time to use the voucher.

False advertisements

Ordered a 4" electric grinder from a shopee vendor. Advertised as a Makita with name plate attached. When it arrived where the name plate should of been attached whatever name had been on it had been removed. A friend ordered a 2stroke 125cc ground Auger on shopee. When it arrived no manufacturer name anywhere on the machine, or the packaging. No guarantee paper. The instruction booklet is very poorly written in English only, drawings barely readable and the plastic fuel pipe has a kink in it between the fuel tank and carburettor. Probably a fake device the same as the grinder. The potential for unsafe operations of both devices is awful. I would never buy from any vendor on shopee again and if shopee does not monitor who advertises on their website, says it all really.👆False advertisements

Maybe okay for Thai citizens, but a dreadful experience for foreigners. There is no customer support in English language - unlike Lazada.

Shocking , use real shops

Shocking, terrible a total disgrace, can't even see how this is legal.. avoid use a shop that you can go to , to many bogus companies and sellers ripping people off.

That is a terrible online shop

That is a terrible online shop. They do not care about customers only about quick sale. And it is getting worse with their AI "service". They get more and more disconnected from the people. I ordered different products and the shops do not deliver quickly, Shopee system cancels the order. I ordered again and after a few days it was canceled again. I tried it 8 times to see how far it goes but then I got tired of it.Once I asked the service agent why they do that because I need the product. The answer was, I should buy from another seller. When I asked them why they have those shops what causes trouble to their customers, no answer. Another product was not useable, so I sent it back like it was described in the app. But the parcel came back to me and the product was not refunded although the cancellation rules allowed to send it back when doesn't like. I contacted the service and only got answers days after with always new questions of information I had sent before already. After a certain time they closed the case with the reason that the complaining period is overdue. That is unbelievable.
