Just been scammed on Shopee by a parallel delivery. Basically Shopee's approach is a thieves charter. Ordered a product with payment on delivery, and a couple of days later received a delivery for the same odd amount. Paid - from my bank it turns out that was to the delivery driver personally rather than the vendor or courier company - opened the box, mostly air, and found something cheap I hadn't ordered. My original Shopee order says that it hasn't been despatched so I can't return the 'wrong' product. The seller is q0pwq_9k0u.Shopee won't allow me to comment on the purchase as it 'hasn't been shipped yet'. And I'd need the Shopee app which they won't let me download as Google has an address for me outside Thailand.
I am here to warn you about these unserious shops j7ncqz0c4y and h9mp_wqpme at Shopee.Shopee didn't help to fix this problem either. Very bad!j7ncqz0c4y and h9mp_wqpme sell a lots of printed tshirts. Here is my experience of these 2 shops:I first ordered a tshirt size S from j7ncqz0c4y. They showed pictures of their size guide and S seemed to fit me. They indicated Chest 88 cm and Length 65 cm. When I received the tshirt, it was cut with hips like a girl's tshirt. Chest was 86 cm and Length 57 cm. Too tight and too short for me. I contacted the shop in the Shopee chat. They first asked me to give to someone else in my family. When I asked them to take responsibility, they said they will send a new one to me, but they never did. It was a big lie. I requested refund of the tshirt. The shop asked me to cancel it and they will send me a new one of size M. After I cancelled the return, they didn't care.This shop owner lacks all kinds of business ethics. I asked everyday when they will send. One time they asked me about my address and phone number and later told me on Friday 18 Nov 2022 that they sent it out already. But they didn't of course. It was a big lie.I then ordered a similar tshirt from another shop called h9mp_wqpme. It surprised me it was the same people running it. Their auto-reply was exactly the same.This time, the tshirt came in M, but still too small. The fabric was not cotton, but was some polyester mix. The printing had ugly lines. I asked this shop to take responsibility. They did nothing. They didn't send me a new one either.I am warning you all from buying from shops with names like this. When they cannot put a serious shop name, that is the first warning.
Low quality SCAM company, who rob their customers.I have made purchase via shopee.co.th, but got wrong item of poor quality (and it was not mistake). In fact, they simply robbed me by sending me a thing several times cheaper than the one I ordered. The seller did not mark the order as shipped and this order is still hanging in their system as "pending shipment". I take into account that I had several purchases, I noticed this only after receiving. The courier does not allow checking the parcel before payment - this is the company's policy. And after payment, I wrote a complaint to which they simply sent me a reply "contact the police, because in our system the order is not marked as shipped." In fact, this is just a ready-made legalized fraud scheme that this company supports.
I ordered item from Shopee and was being delivered through Thai Post, l get a completely wrong item and it come through Kerry and paid exactly the same money for the Thai post item that l should of got.I buy through Shopee platform so therefore Shopee should take full responsibility.All Shopee said was to go to the Police and request a search warrant for the sellers address. Do u think that l am going to do that ?The seller give false address and false phone number to Kerry so how the hell can the scam seller exist ?
I bought some oats on shopee, the oats never made it to me. Shopee received my refund money from the seller, which is odd to me… why would it not be directed back to me? And shopee wanted me to do some huge, laborious amount of paperwork to get the refund. Not acceptable.
