I was working online for Shopee hoping to earn commission, they are a big scam. You invest one’s own money and they keep raising the incentive, basically they have stolen my money without giving me my commission. Anyone starting with this company don’t do it they promise to give you commission but they only take your money. HUGE SCAM COMPANY
I've used Shopee multiple times. So far, I've always received my item. However, it's the wild, wild west of shopping. I suspect refunds are difficult to get and fake items are on the website. However, the selection and price are better than Lazada.
I’ve order a bed from vendor on the application turns out my package is broken, unclaimable So i did refund Up to this point I had to deal with carrier and vendor myself not a single help from app just auto messages and robotic call center.

The company delivered a plastic bag with tablets with now brand name , no expiry date. I was shocked !Unfortunately I paid already !It's almost impossible to get your money refunded with a lengthy process of unnecessary complexity.What I received doesn't match what I ordered !The case manager said they will change the picture of the product !Cheating !!Unethical !I lost money I lost a lot of time to request refund. But in vain.I need to report to authorities.
I WONT BUY FROM SHOPEE!I bought a product cordless pruning shears.It does not work and was delivered with bad battery.I tried to return it but I have a foreign google account and cannot download the shopee app. It was impossible to go through customer service to return products. Customer service is impossible to talk to.I will NEVER be buying from shopee again.Absolutely the worst customer service experience. Use Lazada they are much easier to deal with
As foreigner in Thailand, not buy at shopee only if you okay for lose the money you spend, if some wrong difficult or maybe not possible to get money back, because you can not use a foreign creditcard, and if refund you can only get it to bank account, because you can not get a wallet, like another popurlar market platform in Thailand there start with L, there you safe more.
