Having used Lazada happily for many years a merchant convinced me to purchase a large bundle of items on their shopee store instead. They stated that it was easier for them to adjust the price in shopee as I had requested to swap out one item in the bundle for another product that they sold. I found the merchant's shopee store, added the items that I wanted, registered my card and paid. Within an hour, shopee cancelled my order, stating that the vouchers I had used could not be used together and violated their T&C's, leaving me over 35000 baht out of pocket for up to 2 months while they process the refund. This is unacceptable since their system automatically applied the vouchers at checkout.
I buy a lot of products from Shopee.th, but consumers must be aware that, if something goes wrong, and it does at times go wrong, then you are on your own.Recently I received a partial order from Robert Bosch Thailand (ORDER ID. 2509105ND8CYEA). This is the most idiotic online shopping service I have ever experienced:1. Shopee won't allow you to download the Shopee app from the Apple store unless your account is located in the exact region served by Shopee. I am an expat living in Thailand, my Apple account is registered in my country of origin, and I cannot download the Shopee app because it is geofenced (but I can download the Lazada app).2. In case something goes wrong, you can only contact Shopee using the app. And if you are not allowed to download the app, then you are out of luck.I complained one year ago about this situation with the Shopee HQ in Singapore. They did not give a dime. Now I am really very close to stop using Shopee.
I have been scammed by a seller on shopee and I sent all the information to Shopee and they have done nothing. This has been going on for months. Do not buy anything from this platform, they leave you open to being scammed and do nothing to help you.
Amazon wake up!!! Shoppe is the worst online seller I have ever been dealing with.Returns are not working! Reporting of counterfeit products are being ignored. Amazon, wake up and take the $10 Billion Shopee business. It will be like taking candy from a kid.
Because I did not see my order on my order page I thought maybe the site was not legit so I ended up on this trustpilot page with only bad reviews. Because of all the bad reviews I thought I lost my money 1200 bath for a small smartphone. But to my suprise the phone was delivered 2 days after I ordered it. So I thought its only fair to write a good review.
Their website is a complete SCAM. Used the website twice. The first time in Vietnam I ordered a pair of sunglasses and they sent the incorrect product. They never replaced for the correct one nor will they refund you the money. IlSexond time I purchased in Thailand a TV stick, boxed arrived filled woth ants and it was completely useless. If you buy electronic products they won't work. They'll ask you to send the product back but never refund you the money. I spent a whole month going back and forth with customer service trying to get my money back, and they'll always come up with a different story and procedure for you to go through and you never get your refund.Sellers and the website seem to be in it together.DONT BUY FROM SHOPEE!!
I order some stuff with shopee and the pictures shows the original item but get another product that was similar but not same as in offer. Want to send back , but it is very ,very complicate to do so , they ask you for some resend Paperwork ( I not get this in the parcel.-..) and you must send (online) this "resend paperwork" with desktop omputer , with mobile phone it will not work,,, BE AWARE , use Lazada or cash at a local shop , this saves you money. even you pay a bit more , the return policy of shopee is useless , lazada is far more better in this matter , hey volks at shopee ,you may go to lazada to learn , how to do thrusted business.
